  • whore... whore never changes

  • Anyone know where I can find the background music of the first speech?

  • war, war never changes... neither does Call of Duty

  • The champion is not joshua grahm, it's just a random guy

  • The golden age of the 1950's contrasted with the nihilistic despair of a nuclear holocaust, its gotta be Fallout.

  • @schwarzeskreuz0 what would you have instead?

  • omdg its the story about the burned man joshua graham

  • from teh first game to fallout vegas.....ohh his voice always changes

  • Or does it? The war has changed...did it?...The answer is no...Unless it is yes...No, of course it is. Is war! Yes...No...yes?

  • fallout: war.... war never changes...

metal gear solid 4:war.... has changed...

  • Wait the chapion were explused lost hall is freind war scar this is the burned man joshua graham

  • @seb9995 wut

  • Fallout: War never changes

Metal Gear Solid: War has changed

  • @W8ter5 Fuck MGS, play Fallout!

  • @EvayTR lol i do play Fallout; infact im probably one of its biggest fans. I was just pointing out that MGS's main phrase is war has changed, which is the exact opposite of Fallout's.

  • My version of this: war, war CAN change, for the better

  • I say that humanity will destroy its self....just because we all can't get along there are things in this world that people can agree on and some that just say no that's the wrong way and when the other people say its the only way the other people can us force upon them and can start a fight or could have war against each other and most people think its possible to have peace on earth but really its the human way of life

  • They should make a fallout game encompassing the whole planet. That would be awesome!!!

  • @hypnonebula

It would also eat your computer's resources faster than black man in a fried chicken restaurant.

  • RIP Interplay

  • the best intro's i have seen, not fuckin loaded whit efects.... fuck all new games

  • @ngyafero Shame I can give you only one "Vote Up", I would gladly spend the whole day pushing that freaking button for what you said.

  • @ngyafero fallout is a new game :l

  • the quote war never changes from fallout

and the quote war has changed from mgs4

    really contradict each other

  • Who? Who never changes?

  • War.... War never changes... Or does it?

  • @supadude626 haha duty calls xD

  • Wait.. he said "Continents fell beneath the boiling oceans" if the icecaps melted, wouldn't America as well be underwater? And i doubt America is the last place on Earth to have life. Cause didn't they get nuked the hardest in the 2077 war?

  • @seanthamaster

I have wondered what is occurring in central Asia and other remote, elevated places, during the events of the fallout series. Even if vault-tec only supplied vaults in America, human life couldn't have been completely eradicated everywhere.

  • @Jensaw101 Well, i don't understand the "Continents fell under boiling oceans" part because obviously the icecaps didn't melt. Because if they did america would be submerged. And America can't possibly be the only place with life. You also have Canada, which will be seen in Fallout 4 from all I've read(makes since because it was annexed so it won't ruin the story) And surely civilization exists in many places across the globe. But since their technology sucks, it'd be hard to make contact.

  • @UltraAniFanDude2323 lol, I was just about to write the same!

  • what about the rest of fallout series? like FO3 and FO: NV? what about them didnt they have "war, war never changes"?

  • @117starpower Dick head, this video was made before both were even released ...you fail.

  • 0:03 and 1:45 the 1:45 sounds creepier

  • In the fallout universe, eurasia got swallowed by the atomic fire and sunk in the sea, america is the only continent left on the planet, now your own little sandbox in fallout 3, XD

  • I like fallout 2 opening more :D

  • I played so many games but this is best game in my life

  • War... War never changes.

  • Fallout 3 was so shit compared to 1&2 :<

  • @RequiemTao It was still undeniably a great game. Just not a great Fallout game. It went for the more stereotypical, dark, depressing view of post apocalyptia. The first two were almost complete opposites in terms of themes and atmosphere. IMO, New Vegas feels like the real Fallout 3, with Bethesda's feeling more like a spinoff, ala Tactics.

  • best rpg in the videogame history

  • the glitches, the glitches never change.

  • i played the shittt out of fallout 3, then when the intro said war, war never changes, i almost jizzed everywhere!!

  • apparently war never changes

  • Hopefully they will use the Skyrim trailer on the next Fallout game.

  • Comment removed

  • "War has changed" ~Solid Snake.

  • ron pearlman freaking rules.

  • And today we have war with Libya

  • when the power of love overcomes the love for power. The world will be finally at peace.

  • @HUNAdamus94 I think that "love" actually causes more wars than anything else. Love for ones country (also referred to as patriotism). Hellen of Troy is another example of a country that invaded another country because one mans love of a wife who betrayed him. On a smaller scale, how many fights break out because people are in love with someone or something. Love is the only thing I can think of that can fuel enough passion to turn to rage to destroy entire empires. love...love never changes...

  • @48scorion Love and hatred is in the same lobe in the brain. Love and Hatred are the same coins. But the love what i referred to is love beetwen humans. And Hellen of Troy is a propaganda the greek leaders wanted the city. it was the love for power. The war on afghanistan? Religious persecution? Racism? no. OIL what powers every warmachine. oil =power. not blaming america. But sometimes its not bad to see the clear picture. The oil the oil never changes.

  • Fallout 2: War never changes.

Metal Gear Solid 4: War has changed.

  • @XxXRangerXxX mgs4 qout is more gay and pointless it never makes sens ID TAG soldiers ah come on

  • @557011 you my friend have no idea what RFID is LOL

  • @557011 no i dont

  • ron pearlman is wrong: war changed in mgs4: pmc warfare replaced war over fossil fuels. this became the war economy of mgs4

  • War is a tool for old lazy cowards to send young men to their deaths. It also keeps the population down if there was no war we would have overpopulated earth by now. But standing up for beleifs is the right thing to do. Every war involves these things

  • Whore. Whore never changes.

  • @itsuki51 lol

  • @itsuki51 It's one of the world's oldest professions!

  • @Bioshock7000

MGS was talking about the way wars are fought, Fallout is talking about the motives behind war.

    so both statements are true

  • these games are masterpieces

  • War, war never changes, or does it? No.

  • @Greatherlorre unless it is yes?

  • @drag0nfis7 Yes.. no. Yes?

  • @TheLastSliceOfPie No, ofcourse it is! Is war!

  • but- but snake said...

  • @adamcoffee2 snake was wrong

  • I live in Alaska (ref. 0:39) and China would invade it.

My Geologist Teacher told use to learn Chinese, I though he was refering to Fallout.

    His response: Fallout?

  • Because pokemon...

    Pokemon never changes.

  • @thatoneguy9112 Funny how you take your time commenting on this and looking for comments to troll on. Next time think what to say dumb ass. Cause when you typed that It made you sound like a complete nerd. A COmplete ass hole. Let kids do what they do. Fuck off. "Think befor you say".

  • @thatoneguy9112 Troll much?

  • Bethesda,

The engine, the engine never changes

  • @Deadfox7777 when skyrim comes out it will xD

  • @WeDidItForTheCamera oh they said it will have a new one?

  • @Deadfox7777 yepp..if i read the page on it correctly it does :)

  • @Deadfox7777 gay.gays never change cops,cops never change drugs,drugs never change

YOU,you will never change I,I WILL EVERY CHANGE

  • @Deadfox7777

skyrim would like a word with you :P

  • @Deadfox7777 I'd rather have a few good stories told using the same engine, than have my gameplay screwed over by a newer buggier system. I'm looking at you dragon age 2

  • @Deadfox7777 you mean

    Cod's Engine,Cods Engine never changes

  • @Deadfox7777 oh yeah ... ~_~ ...

  • @Deadfox7777

    you nailed it.

  • @Deadfox7777 thank god fallout 4 will use id tech 6 that bethesda gonna lend from id software

  • @Deadfox7777

actually it was changed a bit by Obsidian hopefully the next one (if theres a next one) will improve upon it even more. New Vegas reminds me alot of 1 and 2. way more so than 3 did. i liked 3 but it just wasnt as fulfilling as new vegas so far.

  • @Myserieden Fallout 4 will use the new Engine that Skyrim is using. Type in Skyrim E3 and you will see that engine, it looks amazing

  • @zodiac23jj

did you hear it from E3 or read it somewhere? if you read it do you know what site you read that on. just curious

  • @Myserieden Bethesda made an entire new engine, they used it for Skyrim and Fallout 4 is thier next project which will most definitely use their new engine

  • @zodiac23jj Fallout 1 & 2 don't count I'm assuming ? They are different from the current Fallouts but they had a different engine so.................

  • @TheEternalLeader I'm just talking about the current Engine is now a much better one

  • @zodiac23jj Oh, Well anyways, Fallout rocks regardless and I can't wait to play Skyrim ( 11/11/11 ) and Fallout 4 whenever that comes out !

  • @TheEternalLeader I heard rumors of Fallout 4 releasing in late 2012 or early 2013

  • @zodiac23jj Sweet ! The sooner the better, I can't wait to play it !

  • @Deadfox7777 Oh is that so? lol

  • @Deadfox7777 exept skyrim!!!!

  • @emofittlisa well that comment was made before skyrim was even announced

  • The reason war never changes is because at the end of it. People have lost their lifes from both sides and innocents. The way war has changed is the way people fight it now, from the club to sword to gun and bombs.

  • @TheZortaw grammar fail? and FUCK HITLER

  • The first sentence was the first thought I had when i deployed 12 traps on Cockroaches

  • People just love war.

    We can't evade it.

  • Will you guys stop bickering over weather or not War has changed or not?

In Fallout there saying that war never changes in the seance that people are always fighting for control, power etc..The Purpose never changes.

In Metal Gear, the say war has changed, but there referring to the tactics of war. The way we fight wars has changed, but the purpose never has, and never will. Nor will it ever end.

  • @Kuson2 lol dude but it is true... war never changes. the revolutionary war, civil, WW1, WW2, every single war is faught for something. You're fighting for control or land or resources, wich all need control. war... war never changes...

  • "war has changed" -metal gear solid 4.

  • @Thatguywhoexists The way in which war is fought has changed, but the basic principle remains the same.

  • and fallout 3...and maybe new vegas

  • War has changed...

  • @noodlez4me War never changes, since always the fighters and the innocents die with it.

  • @rockfloor

This intro is gay and wrong. MGS4 got it right.

    War has changed.

Are any of you fallout fanboys dumb enough to think war nowadays has not changed from what it was many years ago?

  • @DoNultima I think they're talking about the changes that MATTER; namely things like it being usually based in economic reasons (ie, I want those resurces AND/OR that other guy can't have them) and so on. The the tools have changed, the essence hasn't.

  • @yannos1000

No. War used to mean something. War used to be "For the king!" What is war nowadays? It is a political battle, unlike before.

Look at WWII. That's a real war. Then look at the wars after that. Vietnam? wtf... Iraq? Afghanistan? What the hell has happened these days? Oh I know, war has changed.

  • @DoNultima "For the king"? Seriously? Then what about "For liberty"? "For Freedom" which would be the rallying cries of today: was has always been based in simply pragmatic greed or in sheer insanity. Are you seriously saying that going to war over slighted honour (which usually was a pretext for economic reasons, like controlling taxation over a bridge or something) throwing away hundreds of lives because someone called you names, is better?

  • @DoNultima post nr 2 What more: WW2 started because hitler wanting to expand the german reich, gain the lebensraum germany "deserved", this being economical and geographical living space. Also: yeah well, come back when WW3 breaks out between actual SUPERPOWERS and not just one superpower roflstomping small, undeveloped nations like Afghanistan. The basis of war was, is and will remain primarily greed, the desire to grow richer, be it in land, resources or what have you.

  • @noodlez4me no war as always been the same it has always been senseless murder

  • @Truthseeker1891 not with fallout. There's all sorts of great ideas that come to mind. Just like the kane and lynch game would make a great movie unfortunately the dickheads behind that seemed to have trouble picking the right actors to fulfill the characters.

  • actauly pretty funny how i love those rpg game,s escpaicly those but it goes inconflict whit me other game,s i love like stealth game,s as mgs and there they say war has changed so its pretty confusing

but still the first 2 fallout game,s were great and awsome

  • man imagine a fallout movie, it would be fucking EPIC!

  • @halflifeproductionz I think somebody made a fan trailer for a Fallout 3 movie but didn't really expect to make the actual film

  • Voice actor. Voice actor never changes.

  • Venus Project....

  • Ron Perlman became immortal because of one sentence. Talking about epic.

  • I don't know which one sounds more epic "War has changed" or "War, war never changes"

  • I have the Ps3 version of NV and have only had it crash one time in 23 hours have playtime. None of the glitches I have experienced have made the game unplayable.

  • its so damn good!!!

  • Too bad I can't play Fallout:New Vegas cause its so buggy.

  • @JDBlessin ha play it on PC , never seen a bug

  • @gameivo Then you are exceptionally lucky, everyone I talk to who has played it on PC says it crashes their shit. Not to mention that like 2 days after its release they had to put out a massive patch and disable steam cloud because of frequent auto-save corruption. It's ashame that the bugs ruin an otherwise awesome game. I can't go on the strip because it freezes every time I try, so I can't actually beat the game. If Bethesda wants to send me a PC copy of the game ill be sure to play it.

  • @JDBlessin Nah i have like 14 hours in the game , never crashed , never got a spinning head , lucky i guess

  • @gameivo shit wish i had your copy.

  • the vaults where never meant to safe anybody

when you play fallout 3 and new vegas this will get clear and btw read at fallout wikia about all vault it will take u 30 mins and believe me it will give you a total different game experience

  • @razorniels it will get clear from playing Fallout 2 as well.

  • @lionhead123 yeah but the grafix suck and its not in fps style nor in 3rd person its like the camera is from the ceiling

  • @razorniels Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 are the best games ever made, and i've played a lot of games. Don't go hating on it. An RPG isn't supposed to be in FPS.

  • @lionhead123 i don't hate it just noy my style i also don't like final fantasy and stuff

  • @razorniels fallout isn't even close to final fantasy, I think you have no idea what you're talking about.

  • @lolmgshoes no but i just don't like rpg looking games like mmo' s and yes i do know what i talk about it's just the feeling i ge from 3rd person it sucks i find

  • @razorniels Well FF is a Japanese-style RPG

    Fallout is a Western-style RPG

They are very different kinds of games

  • @razorniels Yes, this was the style of crpgs from the late 90's.

If you write them off because you think the graphics suck, you simply don't understand what made them great.

  • god damn i just finished new vegas...great ending was awesome...was more intelligent.. it fit exactly to my play through

    War. War never changes

  • if i made a movie or a game im going to have ron perlman do intros and outros i jsut hope he doesn't die in time

  • 5 peope are raiders

  • War has changed.

  • @ric2b Epic facepalm!

  • this is, sadly, very true

  • derrrr....... derrr derpa derrr.

  • 5 people have too many rads and hit the wrong button

  • Argh Fallout New Vegas is full booked every where!

  • FUCK YEAH NEW VEGAS!

  • Ron Perlman is awesome!

  • Ron pearlman should narrate for fall out 3 last vegas here's hoping for him to return thumbs up if you agree .

  • @Freedomisnotearn He does return indeed.

  • this guy has one of those voices that you could just hear endlessly.

  • John Lennon died because war.....war never changes...

  • @LgndryThndr What does war have to do with John Lennon?

  • I spose Ron Perlman, who was the narrator of the game will never ever forget this line. I'd like to see his face, when someone tells him: "War. War never changes"

  • Ron Perlman...Ron Perlman, Ron Perlman

  • War never changes, god I'm looking forward to Fallout New Vegas

  • Hellboy

  • i don't get, in fallout 3 if it's in the 21 century then how come evrything looks all 50's like?

  • @pmcpreston Alternate timeline.

  • @pmcpreston In the Fallout universe, while time moved forward, America stayed locked in the cultural norms of the 1950s.

  • @Spaatnuk Thanks, now I understand.

  • @Spaatnuk why? how?

  • @MetalFreak973 if you're asking how its possible it is due to the nuclear war, imagine all humans were either in underground vaults or refuge shelters it was impossible to move forward in culture when fighting for survival everyday, this is why the culture stayed the same. Why you ask, insted of creating new life style products such as clothing we have today, mankind turned to creating new weapons, for example if you played fallout 3 the giant robot or the laser guns.

  • @DemMedHornene i thought the war started in 2077, not 950s :S what the :O thnx for the input m8

  • @MetalFreak973 always glad to share my knowledge :)

  • @MetalFreak973 It did, the culture stuck at 1950's in order to provide an artistic presentation that reflected a future world-war that reflected the threat of world war that could have occurred during the Cold War.

  • @MetalFreak973 That's just the way the developers made the game. In the game universe, America stayed locked in the cultural norms of the 1950s.

  • cuz world in Fallout's universe stoped at culture revolution of 50' , you know , propaganda , communists , cold war and ofkoz time of nuclear threat but with very fast progress of technology , this isn't our world , this is other universe :)

  • So creepy and yet freaking awesome. Pretty much like the games themselves :)

  • this creeps the hell out of me
