what i dont get here hes like you cant compare this with the use of drugs, but *** it was like a gram of weed and these guys are drinking people have to understand alcohol is a drug too maybe a legal one but a drug none the less and a lot more destructive than marijuana

This is an interesting one. Did Fowler do the right thing? In a previous episode he argues that the police are never above the law when they are trying to entrap a ruthless drug dealer. Here, they're actually trying to arrest someone for corruption, and he feels differently.
