Billfreaks, you are invited to a beautiful Bill Evans master class on YT! The class includes an in-depth analysis of Bill's classic solo performance "A Time for Love". You will LOVE this, promise:) Type in "Dave Frank" Bill Evans on YT.
Its something about this song. I was 16 years old when I first heard this as a sample of music on Encarta Encyclopedia (1996), I'm now 31 years old and I
have to hear it everyday. Its something about the way the notes are played. This
song has a mood to it. This has got to be my favorite song. Vote me thumbs up if you agree...
when i was in college, and i got into jazz music, this is one of the very first songs i ever heard (behind some stan getz and of course miles) and it just takes me away. i cant even listen to his track while driving because i always feel the need to close my eyes and go to that place when i hear it... so incredible

I much prefer this version to the 1979 one elsewhere on Utube.

@winawer64 it's a bit slower, has more feeling. the 79 version sounds like he's tired of playing it
