@LeBearUK I am learning this too but saw that nobody replied to you. You can add a stroke just like you can to any other shape (at the bottom-left of the tools palette). There is a "Stroke" panel to the right (if you don't see it, go to Window, click Stroke). From there, you can change the weight, and other options of the stroke. Hope this helps!
