  • @SuperHelloohelloo well I guess everyone has their own opinion on what's ideal but most women like a guy's body to look like lautner's, a guy who's in shape but isn't real big but has some definition. Women don't usually like bodybuilders, If you don't believe me ask some women you know what they prefer, taylor lautner or a body builder. I will say this it's defiantly better to have too much muscle than fat but even though muscle is a good thing you can have too much of a good thing.

  • Taylor Lautner did martial arts for several years, so his body was already in its prime. All he had to do was acquire the muscle through strength training. That's why he bulked up so fast and so well. For those that say he used roids, you clearly don't know enough about his background to know he would never do that. His muscles came from hard work and not roids.

  • All Hollywood actors use steroids or HGH to get in shape for a movie. Unlike us 'normal' cant afford to have personal cheffs, trainers, etc you've got to remember there getting ready for a film in a set time so they will take what ever they need to get them there

  • Taylor Lautner had a lot going for him. He had only to gain. He was 16, thin, and had all the free time in the world. Teenager's muscles respond quickly because they have more testosterone in their system than any other time in life and when you have ZERO fat the muscles look much better. It's not like he had a full time job and missed the gym; he had nothing to do BUT that.

  • @Cherokeedog319 youre completely wrong testorone doesnt peak until around 29 muscles do look more defined when you have no fat, but it's much harder to build muscle without fat because you dont have as much to feed their growth. Gaining is the much harder than losing, if you dont believe me look at "i used to be fat" they lose an average of probably 70lbs in 3 months to gain 70 lbs of either fat or muslce would take years to gain that much... i do agree with you on the no job part though

  • @kay2382 Very true. Just try taking supplements without working out and see what happens. My guess would be a severe increase in fat tissue (depending on the supplement used)

  • man this is such bull shit if you want bigger biceps you need to build overall body mass there is no secret, isolation dont do shit for you im sick of seeing everyone at the gym do 2 hr of arm curls with 12 inc arms. you need to eat big and do heavy compound movements like Squats,Deadlifts, Bent Over Row, Military Press, Bench Press, close grip Bench Press. thats what make arms big

  • fact is many people use roids that we wouldnt know about or expect as theyre not freaky huge. many actors use roids to get in shape for the part. just using bands wont magically slap you with 19'' arms in 2 months for example. all b.s just train hard n do your compound lifts, eat rigt, sleep right.

    I'm starting to follow you and i'm now realizing that you are the MAN! I love ur workouts! I was wondering if you have a vertical jump workout/plyometric program that is tailored to basketball? I'm 5'9" 160. 25 years old. I have been doing 2 days a week of legs/plyo-dynamic jumping and can dunk when properly warmed up but not in a game situation. Any advice to get me over the rim in a game? I just want to dunk on a fellow weekend warrior!!!

  • @xJak93 its all about genetics dude... either you were born to have a good body or not... some have a very diffucult time gaining mass, others getting ripped

  • Everyone seems to think that celebrities have some secret workouts and secret diets to bulk up. They all do the same thing to get big-Lift heavy and eat a shitload of food. There is no secret anything out there. You just need motivation and dedication to get to your goal.

  • Jeff, I am 28, 6'1'', and currently 160-165 pounds. I started lifting weights in military high school and then through college (that's about 8-9 years time). I also did some swimming whilst those years. I quit weights about 6 months ago because I was just fed up of the weight room, and due to my extremely high metabolism I lost a lot of muscle (12 pounds).

    I am now highly motivated to come back fast and better. Kindly advice me on how to come back properly? Should I get some juice? Many thanks

  • @pikey2905 Stay away from that garbage man. With a sincere dedication to getting back in the game, you'll be able to make great progress and won't have to rely on unhealthy means for getting there. In the end, you'll be prouder of your accomplishments as well knowing it was all a result of your hard work!
