  • Some times I put more paint on just to seal the remover.

  • Great video! This is the best, most in depth video i could find.

  • "I dont really like saying make up, cause im a dude" ha ha I agree :)

  • good video man, what unit are you with?

  • Why not visit naturalcamo sold online You then can see that thier is a better alternative instead of that greasy formula our product is all natural and offer more colors with a simple water rag cleanup it is scentless, sweatproof and has spf in it so you dont burn come visit us my friend

  • Fromme, its' Sgt Ploscik 1/2 Bco. Been a long time. Look me up on facebook bro

  • Thanks for the tips, its my first year using facepaint as I changed to traditional archery and cant feel my anchor point properly with a mask. Well done and straight to the point information. I get very turned off to videos that beat around the bush for 10 minutes then mention for 10 seconds the reason I clicked it in the first place.

  • I'd doing this for homecoming! we have a camo day! It's going to be a blast!

  • Can u use paint on the hands too?

  • @nico3dog yes in fact i highly recommend doing so if you choose not to wear gloves. you hands do majority of the moving whether it be calling, raising a firearm up to aim in, or drawing your bow back. so camo on hands is a must.

  • Where in nature do you find stark black stripes? Other than that good tips

  • @singularityJoe well ur right i wouldnt make them a focal point but u do see some dark areas in nature and that is shade. i use this the same way as camo pattern makers use it and an artist would use it to shade a drawing to add depth. i do that also with my face paint to add depth. you make it not look like a single solid object. if you dont want to use black u can mix brown with black to make a dark brown (unless you get a setup with dark browns or greens) u are rite but u do need depth tho.

  • @singularityJoe Look at all the dark elongated patterns behind him. They are called shadows :) And he did blend in the dark bands and tone them down with brown. All of that was on top of a base coat. This guy in the vid knows what he's talking about.

  • I wear a hat when hunt, but I don't care for it. Can i paint my hair?

  • Thanks man, this has been really helpful for cadet fieldcraft! :)

  • it good i learned a lot :)

  • thx for tips

  • Awesome video, ill be using stripes with a camoflauge balauclava.

  • Any tips for Scandinavian taiga forests and maybe on open areas?

  • @superlaugher It depends on tree colour, mud colour, etc. But basically you want stripes for large open areas with not a lot of sticks/logs/tree, and blotches for forest-like areas. (Blotches being leaves.)

I agree with the video though, blotches and stripes work the best because generally, you're in an area with both open areas and trees.

  • Can you play hide and go seek with this?

  • goin as a soldier to a fancy dress party, most helpful vid i found thanks.

  • to a woman its makup to a man its war paint

  • made me laugh when he siad apply my make up then changed it to camo make up

  • a good way to make sure the paint doesnt come off so that you dont have to keep doing touch ups is to use the grease paint in the tubes (as a base coat) and then use the compact for the different kinds of patterns. so even if some stripes or blotches smear off or sweat off, your face will always be covered.

  • This video was very helpful for my airsoft camoflage as i like to make use of face paint. Thanks for putting this up. I didn't know about the 'inverting your face' thing at all.

    Kudos from the UK.

  • were did you Buy that stuff

  • stores like bass pro,cabelas,mc sports,gander mountain.....etc

  • i still dont understand ow to get a good base layer

  • @TH3SH4 I haven't tried one yet but my mate last camp lightly dabbed his finger in the brown and put it around the outside of his face, so spot on both cheeks, on the forhead and on the chin. Then use water/spit on your hand and rub it around your face

  • @CallioBajallio thx bro

  • OK, next question: Can you use the black paint as eye black? (black marks under quarterback's eyes) does it work the same way? or is that something different.

  • Yes you can use it as eye black and its basically the same type of product. Probably some where down the line its made by the same company.

  • @lrfromme were do u buy it

  • Can you conceal your face from surveillance cameras with face paint like this?

  • Sounds like someone is incriminating themselves... honestly I don't know, I wouldn't try it anyway. now a days they got so much technology someone can pick up facial features no matter what. And, this is not what this video was intended for.

  • @igotanM16 and your not using a ski mask because...?

  • @igotanM16 No. Realize that most cameras are black and white and will read the colors differently. A ghille suit and HOURS of precise movement may, but not under scrutiny.
