The Mask is the only reason to buy it, IMHO. Though saying the I think the fact that the disc are shoved in so tight ruins the whole thing. What were they thinking?

@DEACONFROST11 It won't fit an adults head really, I mean it will but your chin & forehead will go beyond the mask's edges. It's more the size of a child mask.

@legofan506 A little bit, they're just too tight within the case unfortunately. That factor and the lack of Blu Ray is the only reasons I would say to not buy the set, other than that, it's a great collection until the High Def version comes out! :)

got mine back in October and when I opened up the packaging the glue on the side of the box decided it wasnt going to hold and the box fell apart lol.

also it seemed like the glue in the book actually got onto my discs. :/

@drmb08 That's a bummer! My box was a little unwieldy, but didn't come apart yet luckily. Yeah the disc housing is the disappointment with this release, I love nearly everything else about it though! :)

As much as I don't like buying DVDs anymore, I am going to cave in and pick this up. This set looks so cool (besides the DVD packaging). The 'Body Count' and 'Weapons Used' were fun to hear haha. Like always, great unboxing!

@FilmFanPete I just got back from Best Buy and I got it for $35. That is a steal to me because I have been to places like F.Y.E and they had the box set, but they were all damaged and priced at $50. I have 10,116 of 50,000. It is going to look great on the shelf!

@themovieguy0 That's a great price for the set! I believe that's actually around what I paid the week of release, so well done! Yeah FYE has OK deals sometimes, but I find them to be overpriced the majority of the time I stop in there. That's a lower # for the set which is really nice too! So glad you picked it up man! :)

What are the 3D glasses for? The movies aren't in 3D.

@samus88 Part 3 is included in this set with the old red/blue 3D option, so the glasses work for that. Of course the effect is sincerely dated with our new 3D technology now haha.

@JamesBond007Videos I am sure there will be. Not sure when, but it's bound to happen. They will probably release the rest of the films individually on Blu Ray throughout the next year or so, then the eventual GIANT Blu Ray set DOUBLE DIP will come. Paramount just rakes in the cash on this franchise! :) I like this edition, but on a side not, that box completely fell apart with the slightest touch recently. Just bad packaging!

@drwhomasterfan I am not positive that I'm correct here, but I think it's because New Line owns the rights to 'hell' whereas Paramount owns the rights to everything in this set. Hope that helps. :)

It took some will power but I passed on this. I've heard it's cheaply thrown together. Looks like the typical dump as many dvds as possible before the blu ray set. Can't wait for Final Chapter on blu.
