So inshAllah I'll listen to it tomorrow as my close friend's dad past away on this friday and have to attend prayer on Sunday. Do make dua for him. assalaam alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuhu my dear brother are u sure this is the right way to pray salaah janazah ,just stop a moment my dear brother first of all u are showing to world this salaah u should givie them the right way,before telling allau akber u should not touch your ears in any salaah and second thing u should read surah al fateha after subhanakallahumma,and when u finish u should say only one time assalaam alaikum warahmatullah by moving your head on right side,plz corct it.

Allahu Akbar and read Sana, Then without raising the hands, say Allahu Akbar and read duroode Ibraheem; then without raising the hands, say Allahu Akbar and read the duaa. The Imam must say all the takbeer aloud whereas the muqtadee must say it slowly, the rest of the azkar (supplications) are to be read slowly by the Imam and Muqtadee. After the duaa, say Allahu Akbar and now drop the hands and then turn the head both sides for salaam

All this nit-picking. This is typical of the Muslim communtiy. The person that posted this video did so with the best of intentions. There may be other ways of doing a janazah prayer and this is one of them. Do whatever suits you and don't put a Muslim brother down.

4 schools of thought: Adherents of the HANAFI MADHAB recite the thanna, the salawaat and dua. - the book of death Sheikh Fasil Abdur- Razak.

Another way and the way I was taught, is 1)fatiha 2)thanna3) Dua: Duaa for the forgiveness of the deceased. Then you make tasleem to the right only or to both right and left. .... All this is silent, except the takbirs.

salam dear bro, i think you mad a mistake because you have to recite the sourat ek fatiha after the first takbir and even a short sourat or a few verses. at the end, some people agree right and left shoulder and the other only the right shoulder. can someon explain me that. wa salam wa3laykoum wa rahmatoulah

Very nice brother, Allah will give you reward for this. This great way of teaching most of us who dont know how to pray salat ul janaza.

Also brother can you please check and confirm the way you recited San'a (thana) - I think you missed (wa jal la sana uuka). JazakAllah khair.

Good work but you need to recite Surat Fatiha after the first Takbeer and you only greet your "right shoulder" only!
