Yup, and they freeze well. I kinda used a base recipe from a food allergies cook book and then just changed it the way I thought would work. The original recipe called for too much oil and I wanted to switch it up with cashew butter.
Oh my, these cookies are my favourite, they turned out so well. I even hid them from my family and they keep well in the freezer, so when I want a treat they're right there.
