Well, I am watching these clips, guess I am a washing machine junkie to! I drove my Parents and Grandparents crazy, I always had to watch the spin cycle on their new brown Lady K machine, it featured an overhead lighted panel with a lot of chrome, three little idiot lights, white inner basket, rubber Kenmore scrubber cap/ measuring cup combo and the Roto-Swirl agitator! It sounded a buzzer, then shut off if the load was unbalanced! Great innovations, today's machines aren't worth crap!
Yeah, the Belt drive Kenmores were famous for that. You have to go back to wash and use some fabric softener to break up the suds or use a low sudsing detergent to start with.

You should probably clean the basket with hot water and vinegar. That'll losen up the suds to help it spin properly. You tried that before?

It has too much suds in between the inner and outer tub, and it causes it to not spin properly.
