I got this by accident, i was gonna throw a tire to the hunter, he launched the needle things, i panicked and threw it at it.

@beselalluvia Around 50 seconds in I mention I have god mode on. The achievement is incredibly hit and miss so I whacked it on to save time and show you the method I used to get the achievement ;)
