  • Hey guys what about the MGT thats a great truck right there. I have done my research and had my fair share with RC and if you want durability and Torc then get a Savage, lst xxl, or a MGT 8.0. The MGT has 5 hp and a 8.0cc size engine!!!

  • is the lst quicker than the tmaxx?

  • @KingBonacci

it should be just as fast and even faster if tuned correctly

  • @Straightsix76 lst is more fun

  • bad ass vid how much are they

  • @christian3538 $500ish

  • Got to love the losi xxl ....Best truck by far

  • were was this?

  • @442domintation Stratford, CT

  • I had a Losi Aftershock and it absolutely sucked. Thinking about getting the Savage XL.

  • No doubt the xxl is 10 times better than a maxx, but you suck at driving.

  • @mstreamer9991 Ok first off, this is not my LST. Second, this is his first or second day driving it so he doesn't really suck. Third, you are a moron or just dim witted. Fourth and final, T-Maxx 3.3 out performs the LST because it is lighter, faster and more durable. Wheelies further, lands better and is faster than the LST. CASE CLOSED.

  • @KingBonacci We'll see when I get my xxl in a couple days. I hate my maxx, it's a cheap pos. Name calling is a sure sign that you're an e-thug with no real balls. I read the info before I made that first comment, tell Greg he's a shitty driver.

  • @KingBonacci i wouldn't say a t-maxx would out performs a lst. The lst is one of the best handling monster trucks out there. T-maxx has a really high center of gravity. I find that both trucks have their weak points as in durability. wheelies don't make a truck better performer. also your comparing a 1/10th scale to a 1/8th scale, so yes one is going to be lighter because its smaller. I find both to be great trucks, but a lst would be a better track performer.

  • @honda2237 Well then I ask what does make a truck perform better? It being better on a track? I think not, search you tube for r/c monster truck and the majority of what will pop up is videos of people bashing, jumping and wheeling their r/c monster trucks. These things are bashers man. Versatility is what defines a good monster truck, best in all areas for what is expected from a r/c monster truck. I ran against the LST on multiple occasions and totally out performed it in all areas.

  • @KingBonacci actually the lst was built for racing, so ya on the track. I find my lst2 a much better basher because of the added size, bigger tires and bigger shock. but yet your compared a 1/10th scale monster with a huge motor to a heavy 1/8th with an ok sized motor(it could be a little bit bigger) and they made it longer so ya there are going to be different capabilities at wheelies. When i had a lrp .28 spec 3 in my lst, that thing was a power house, wheelies on command and fast as crap.

  • @honda2237 The 3.3 Racing engine was desinged to and does infact out perform engines larger than itself.

  • this just shows you can buy an expensive RC and still suck at driving... you should have stuck with your last one... and gave me the LST XXL ; )

  • @Cyonyst The LST is just to big and heavy.

  • @Cyonyst And his tune is a little off...and their running space is way to small for those MT's. Find a park with no trees for a better running area...I use a space under a freeway near my house.

  • this just shows you can buy an expensive RC and still suck at driving... you should have stuk with your last one... and gave me the LST XXL ; )

  • i own a t-maxx 3.3 and a losi lst, both where eventualy converted into double the original value with integy parts as well as new engines, my beef with the 2 t-maxx's i've owned is that traxxas makes toys and toys break, the t-maxx will shatter like glass if put threw the same activity that i put the losi threw, after a few hundred bucks worth of replacement parts for the t-maxx i shelved it, and i've owned 2 of them, they don't suck but they don't compare to hpi, losi products

  • @jaroncyr I have to completely disagree, respectfully ofcourse. HPI's and LST are much bigger and heavier r/c's and therefor will never perform like the T-Maxx can. It will out jump, out land and out wheely and all around out perform the competition. I will agree the stock a-arms are chinsy for the T-Maxx but replaced with RPM ones and the truck is very solid and takes a huge amount of abuse. The 3.3 racing engine performs up to and beyond even larger engines. I ride the T-Maxx very hard.

  • @KingBonacci the t maxx is not the same grade monster truck as any losi or hpi vehicle it's traxxas they are too obssed with speed for bashing

  • @gtawesom3 T-Maxx 3.3=King of the Monster truck R/C's

  • @KingBonacci rofl dream on, while you spend your life in your workshop using ducktape to stick your "king monster truck" back together i'll be bashing my lst xxl and savage 4.6.

P.S i thought the revo 3.3 was the traxxas monster truck from the new advert for it.

  • @KingBonacci lol you go spend half you life fixing your beloved monster truck with duck tape and i'll be bashing my losi lst xxl and savage 4.6

  • @gtawesom3 Children will never learn. The T-Maxx out competes all else end of story.

  • @KingBonacci the t maxx suck balls

  • @rc4wd101 Your face ugly go kill yourself

  • @KingBonacci no losi xxl is noob

  • @KingBonacci ROFL

  • tmaxx suck

  • @rawdog268 What really sucks is that your breath the same air as me.

  • aPlease show me how to tune the lst xxl please i donno how to tune mine!

  • @G0left T-Maxx for sure!!!

  • hate to break it to you guys but the savage is one tough muther fker as is the lst. t-maxxes are good but lack a large engine as size.

  • @TheJackeyboy Well spoken from a savage owner i'm sure. People always talk the best about what they own. if you do your research you''ll find that the 3.3 racing engine competes and out performs most larger engines including LST and Savage.

  • @TheJackeyboy That's for damn sure the LST/2 kicks ass !

  • Have you broken anything on the lst xxl? Do you recommend any upgrades?

  • @MrCudaguy1 Couldn't tell you, it was a friends. I am a T-Maxx fan!!!! Traxxas!!!!!!!!!!

  • ok you guys i need some help i want to buy my first nitro monstertruck and i have narrowed it down to three choices The Losi lst, the T-Maxx 3.3 or the Savage 4.6 i want it to be able to last a long time even with bashing which one should i get?

  • The T-Maxx 3.3 is the king of the monster R/C trucks hands down. Losi is nice but to heavy and big, savage is almost as good as the Maxx but all in all the T-Maxx is the most versatile.

  • T-Maxx 3.3 all day!!!

  • savage x 4.6! best basher hands down. i think it has the best set up from an rtr at its price. the t-maxx is pretty cool also but needs alot of upgrades to make it bash worthy (aluminum bulkheads, aluminum chassis braces, rpm arms etc) i have both so no bs here.

  • @jepperscc96 lst or savage don't even think about the tmaxx for bashing

  • Nice video. Does the lst bottom out easy I think I'm getting one in April

  • I'm not sure of teh actual scale of the LST but it is very large, maybe 6th scale. It really doesn't pop wheelies like the T-Maxx or S-Maxx does and in my opinion doesn't jump as good either. But still a nice r/c. I would imaging stiffening the shock will help it not bottom out.

  • @KingBonacci My friends xxl can pop wheelies on flat ovals, and its completly stock, he just tunes it very finely

  • nice work

    cool video

  • Thanks man!

  • Yet another sweet vid keep it up king

  • oh and e/t-maxx's, forgot that one!

  • that's right, put a little bit of ue parts on an e/t-maxx and you have an awsome but really savages, revos, losi trucks are all unique and awesome!

  • @doyouridetheshortbus which ever one you own you will say it's the best lol unless you own them all!!!

  • a brushless conversion xxl with mgt 4.6 wheels would be a good looking killer fast unit, I have to agree there is nothing tougher out of the box than a savage though

  • @doyouridetheshortbus The same could be said about the T-Maxx 3.3

  • at 1:56 Ide call it a day for me XSTR-PRO 1/10 Brushless buggy

  • Nice Buggy

  • I have all of them and the savage XL is the best.

lst has too small engine and only 2 gears AND is has no roll bar =( compared to the XL: the xl has 3 grears, a great roll bar, and a 5.9cc engine with 40000 rpm =)

  • yeah the savage is the best but the 5.9 engine in the xl is a turd ....I have both an xl and a 4.6 and the 4.6 is the better truck and only becuz of the engine...lst xxl is ok my bud just bought one but its not as good as a savage....it was the perfect bashing monster truck ever created

  • what kind of suspension is on the t maxx

  • Those are blue RPM A-arms with stock shocks and springs.

  • Comment removed

  • That was my T-Maxx 3.3 (4908)

  • i think losi would crush the tmaxx i got a losi aftershock i actualy love it but wen i first got it two years ago it was a pain in the ass but now its awesome

  • T-Maxx 3.3 is the king of all monster truck r/c. None are as versatile as the Maxx. Take it from me bro, I've played with them all!

  • ya but i smacked a pole with my losi at top speed only broke a control arm. what would happen with the maxx if u done it? i saw a vid of a traxxis hittin somethin at top speed and it bent the damn chassis thats why i like losi cuz the chassis are tough as fuck

  • I'm not sure about the LST2 but the Aftershock sucks!

  • The LST2 is great, but no faster than the T-Maxx 3.3 and generally not as fun jumping with it. To heavy.

  • it does not, the clutch springs are too heavy and the pipe is too restrictive.

  • I love the losi

  • The Losi is cool but I would have to say that it is not as versatile as the T-Maxx.

  • holyy fuckk...is that all your collection of trucks and one buggy!!!! thats pretty sweet

  • what do you think of the xxl? is it worth it? how is it compared to the savage xl?

  • Never drove a Savage but I would have to say overall the T-Maxx 3.3 is the best in my opinion.

  • Comparing a Tmaxx to a LST XXL is laughable. They are not even in the same atmosphere.

  • Thats proly becasue that all you have, I have the savage ss, losi lst xxl and they both rock

  • XXL>>>>XL, the XL has a garbage motor and radio.

  • OUt of all of your trucks which one is the best for jumps???

  • I would have to say it's a tie between the T-Maxx 3.3 and the Revo 3.3, both are equal jumpers.

  • Is your XXL the best truck you own. Cause I don't know what to get a revo or XXL

  • Well I can't say for sure but what I can tell you is Traxxas support is the best out there in my opinion. And their models are very durable for the most part. The XXL is larger than the Revo and heavier. I think for the money your spending you should get the Revo. I think it's a little less doe and just as good if not better than the XXL. Hope this helps.

  • Does your revo break often and can it handle larger jumps well??

  • The Revo jumps insane and land beautifully. Like I said it is very durable and I highly reccomend getting one. I also would suggest replacing the A-arms with RPM brand A-arms. Much more durable than the stock stuff.

  • my hobbie dealer said that revo has the worst radios out there the xxl has a rally good remote

  • You can buy that same remote and put it in any car you like. And let me tell you that remote your talking about has alot of problems, I have witnesed it myself.

  • Nice collection of RCs and great bashin spot.

Like the RC action...good stuff. *****

It is more fun with other RCs there!

  • Thanks bro, I agree though it's deffinitly more fun with a few people to bash around with.

  • I like the 4908 on smaller wheels, what bell/spur you got there?

  • Yeah, the wheels on here are smaller than the stocks, even smaller than the talons I have. They are med IMEX baja tires and have a nice tread pattern, good for dirt gripping. I'm still using stock spur and clutch gears. Stock spur is 54 tooth I believe and I can't recall what the stock clutch gear is. I'de have to say I don't want to change either as far as different amount of teeth. I'm pleased with the performance with it.

  • Yeah I think it's 55 or 56 / 22 stock. I'm gonna go 23 / 53 if I can. I wanna keep the speed but get rid of my crappy stock wheels, they're tall and look cool but they suck.

  • Yeah the stock ones are huge.

  • Great video KingBonacci!! I still haven't broke in my XXL...It is such a beautiful truck...i love stareing at it. also, thanks for commenting on my xxl unboxing!!

  • Right on bro, the Losi is actually a friends but it's still awesome.

  • I like the cart wheel

  • Yeah, it takes a good beating and keeps going lol.

  • nice

  • No truck in history can jump and tumble like the LST

  • Yeah it's pretty bad ass.
