@wickedzeus56 It is very easy. Irish are celts. Romanians are Dacians (Thracians). Celts and Romanians were neighbours 2.000 years ago. Why do you think that Scots and Romanians ,Bulgarians and Macedonians have traditional bagpipe music ?
