  • Hello Mike!!! Nice Job. I want to ask you the same of shazam75. Do you have any circuit schematics of train detection and light control? thanks

  • Lionel is AC and scale 1:87 (HO) right? So that means you can drive Marklin AC HO trains on it?

  • wow man

you got to put up a how to video...

i really wanna know how to do this

  • just a simple question, u place each signal next to joint and when the train passes over it, it short circuits the joint detecting the train?

  • how do you wire it up on facttrack??

  • I will send you a PM

  • Nice

Red bulbs belong on the bottom.

    I changed mine.

  • This was the aspect the signals came with.

  • Yes.

    Lionel was incorrect.

    So I changed mine.

The green bulb's wire is slightly bigger gauge than the red bulb's wire, because the green is on most of the time.

So I probably also switched the wires.

  • may I ask how you did this electronically? Do you use reed switches or photo cells?

Do you have a schematic ?

    Thanks!

  • Nice job. I've only done an automated signal line. were you have only one line with signals along it which you don't have to change yourself.

  • Nice job on the signal controls.

  • WOW!!!

  • cool.
