Ummm, 8K (in dungeons) is average. 13K is average for raids if you actually want to take something down before the healer goes oom. Though in Firelands 13K is low. But not in those "normal" Cata raids and dungeons. ^^;

It is not. -.- You have a hard time finding new guys to dungeons who can pull 13K. :/ I know this from experience. Ofc, Cata hcs and ZG/ZA are different. I except at least 10K for Cata hcs and 14K for ZG/ZA. And btw, we got bosses down quite fast while people were doing around 13K in BDW. :P
