Don't you know there were two or more directors of this film? Hagrid's hut has changed because the Hogwarts interior and exterior changed with them.
About the fat lady: She didn't die, because she was a portret, and a portret can't die. The creator didn't mean to show that the password changed, no!!! Didn't you see that the first lady's portret was in a corridor, and the second was by the stairs.

the reason the pictures changed on obliviate is because the pictures may confuse her parents if they dont know her. and the fat lady one im assuming was the password which is changable
they rnt continuity errors theyre just different actors different classes different ways of saying the spell yes some of them were but most of them werent

I actually liked this video. Didn't notice a lot of this stuff, and you obviously put a lot of time into it. I think they changed Avada Kadavra just so that Sirius would die in a way that looked cool. I mean, what's a cooler way to die than to receive the finishing blow and then stay alive for just a moment enough to realize that you're dead?

"obliviate" involves the intent of the spell caster, what & how much memory one want the target to forget..
