How'd the ref give the ball to Oregon if they didn't even have it at the bottom of the pile? OU clearly recovered it anyway, how was it ever given to Oregon. Thats the part that bugs me the most, no Oregon player ever had possession, but they still got the ball. That call made absolutely no sense. Allen Patrick clearly was the only player on the field to ever gain possession.

On another note, what were the guys in the pile fighting over. There was NO ball there???

Reggie Smith took the ensuing kick off into Oregon territory to set up the field goal try to win it. Face it, you won because the refs were either A. idiots and should be not allowed to ref ever again B. I like Oregon fans are tellin us we shoulda played defense, when their defense was the one that cracked in the 4th quarter giving up 150 yards to A.D. in the 4TH QUARTER! Fact is OU recovered the onside kick so everything else is moot, but if you wanna dig deep its obvious that it was touched prior to going 10 yards because malcolm kelly jumps from the 45 and goes a yard forward and the ball is then in turn touched by an oregon player who is in front of kelly.

blown calls are blown calls and some are debatable because theres no clear definition, but the ones that were reviewed and not reversed were cleary botched. truth is, OU still went to the fiesta bowl despite people thinking that they sucked, and played a HELL of a game against boise st rather than getting "fucked up". OU had a better season, regardless of who got the W in this game. ill stand by my team for overcoming everything that happened that year. go sooners!

If we rescore the game on botched calls, are we going to factor in the uncalled delay of game on a Sooner touchdown play. How about the uncalled offensive pass interference on another touchdown play. Finally, what about the extra two yards Adrian Peterson was given that led to fourth and inches instead of fourth and two. Even the commentators noted how this led to a Sooner touchdown instead of a field goal. The fact that the Ducks only won by one, shows that the refs favored the Sooners.

Yeah those refs really took over on the blocked field goal. Did you see the line judge's speed? I've never seen a ref run that fast and block a field goal.
