It doesn't work. I work at an Acura dealership. The codes are different between the hondas and acuras. The only way to get this to work is to take the chip out of the honda key and solder it into the acura switchblade. The switchblade can be cut so that it starts the car, but the buttons won't do anything.

As far as I know it should work, no significant changes will be made that would involve the key fob being changed as far as i know.

I never noticed any problems with blind spots since I've owned it so I guess it isn't bad.

In regards to the brake squeal , I've heard of people having that issue but I haven't experienced it. I just had warped rotors but I replaced them with something aftermarket recently.

Its actually only 30% tint,it just looks 5% because my car is sitting in the garage with the garage door down making it look way darker than it is. Thanks for the heads up though but I've had my fair share of tinted windows tickets and all have been right at $75-80 so I'm sure it depend on the state you live in.

Yes it should still work although the price of the switchblade key alone has more then tripled. I paid $29 a year ago and now its $113. I knew a guy at the dealer to cut my key and program the chip, so that part didn't cost me anything. If you don't know someone your looking at another $75-$100.

Short and simple, If the fob FCC ID's match it will work.For example the coupes work and sedans don't on the accords.I also have 30% tint and get 25 mpg

The 05' TL doesn't have laser cut. But if you go to Acurazine and search it up. There is this guy that mills down the key to fit the older non-laser cut keys. I have it for my 2007 TSX and that wasn't laser cut. All functionality stays the same but it costs like 100 bux to buy the pre-milled key.

You can use the fob to power the windows down.Then you put the key in the door and turn it counter clockwise and hold it to power the windows up.There's devises out there that will allow the remote to do both but I haven't checked into it.

35113-TL0-A10 or goto ebay sellers name acuraofpeoriaparts and get same part # through them.Then goto you local honda dealer and have them cut and program the key for you.

This part # has been known to only work with the 2008 Accord Coupe and not the Sedan.
