Props the the creator of the video, I was eating salmon sushi as I watched. I do agree with another comment here, though, you shouldn't take peel the fish away like that. Leave it all intact and just dab it in the soy/wasabi instead, it's more harmony for your palette and is the way it should be enjoyed.

i remember my first bite of wasabi. i was in a resturant with my friend and he was drinking beer while eatting shushi. i then ate a green thing (wasibi) and i sallowed it whole, then my mouth was on fire i wasnt thinking and drank halve of his beer and ditched him

i think the sushi master there would be really pissed off if he sees you peeling the sashimi off from the rice. Its an insult to them coz it looks as if you are mocking their profession

You should never peel off the fish from the sushi. That is the worst way to enjoy sushi. The harmony of rice and fish with Wasabi is the whole point of eating sushi.

@NoNoSpice He puts it back on! You are meant to dip the fish in soy sauce and not the rice or it will fall apart. Therefore, he is eating sushi in the exact right way.
