She didn't write this song, its a cover by a Swedish band called Dive. Was on their first album in the early 90s. Search for it. Krister Linder's voice suits it a lot better I think, but this is still a great cover.

Ok i hate to be the bad guy here. One this has nothing to do with the character Captain nemo from 20,000 leagues under the sea by jules verne. The song writer is a moron. Any fan who does not realize this is an idiot. And yes Im a bastard....but I am right!
