Good video. In the 116 movements I have seen a po poi move from the centre, square on where the arms seem to extend out, using arm muscle, as the feet are both static in a horse stance. (This is not the poi po move form the flanks where you can step in and the arms are still). How can you develop forward power in po poi if you cannot step in. (Do you raise and sink your body instead?).
