2) It's the animals who become sick by what they are fed. This may/may not harm people.
3) Humans have empathy and morality so unlike a bear hunting. But it's a personal choice to care about the feelings of other species.
4) I think the idea of livestock being counter productive is more in terms of environment. You use a lot of energy and space vs growing plantlife.

Again I say to you its a matter of preferance with milk, I never liked drinking milk to begin with nothing to do with compassion.
Living on a farm part of my life I guess would have an impact on the way I live, eat to survive its simple. What my variations of what I eat simply depends on the taste.
Its a healthy diet regardless what you say yea i'm against animal cruelty and humans have been thriving on an omnivorous diet for hundreds of years.

In the name of objectivity, you are a young man, naturally healthy -- a lot of people eat meat and feel great (atleast as far as they can tell) and, yeah, that woman's kinda dumb, but she does know some objective facts about meat industry. Just spend like 20 minutes looking at animal torture footage, and really read about the antibiotics in chickens... just give it 20 honest minutes then eat meat the rest of your life! c'mon let's atleast be fair, ya know?
