You can hit her harder than that when burping. I know it's all new territory being a new dad but you want the force to be enough to bring up the gas. Don't worry, babies are pretty durable! LOL!!!!
@Kurby2001 Actually she is off the breast and has been since shortly after this video was shot. My wife ended up not being able to produce enough milk, and Olivia is lactose intolerant... so we have to use soy formula now.
@DevinandErica ....we tried her on regular for about a month put it was the WORST month of my life..she cried all the time... so back to SOY! she cant have anything with the main source being MILK. its really hard sometimes but we manage...
@nolifeking20hellchil OH. lol Never mind. I see what you mean. You must have just seen the beginning where it doesn't show her face. If you watch the rest you'll see her towards the end.
Hey girl, yeah when I first had my daughter I was concerned with the poop lol! And just let me tell you it stays that way untill you introduce solids :/ My daughter started solids last month and her poop is still very runny and kinda sticky lol! TMI sorry. Your doing a wonderful job :]
That isn't true, your baby should at least poop once a day and have at least 6-8 wet diapers. Not all babies are the same and to me once every 3-4 days doesn't sound normal at all.
I got filled only from watching this video. I mean, all the time the baby was eating, i felt that I ate too. But it took so long, that right now, i feel like...im gonna throw up
Heh, oh and I just read your description cuz I'm awesome that way. :) Disregard my previous comment except for the great job part! She also did a great job with the bottle - none of my kids would ever take one!
Just some info - loose stools are normal for breastfed babies. It doesn't turn firm until they start solids at 4-6 months. She is so cute! Great job, daddy!
I watched in the living body a national Geographic show and it talked about how the stools were green and watery for the first few weeks. Check it out. the living body
Devin looks like my dad...... With shorter non curly hair. I miss my dad -______-

I wanted to share that exclusively breastfed babies will usually only have a poo every 3-4 days. (Another plus for breastfeeding babies, haha)
