  • Practice holding tripod (plank with one hand down and feet apart) hold for 30-90 seconds...ok?~ahmad

  • that pull in your trciep push down isn't increasing the load on your trcieps its only putting tension on your lats and shoulders

    but if your intentionally trying to workout those muscles with the triceps than disregard what i just said lol

  • My style of training gets me in and out of the gym with a great cardio and muscle fatiguing workout...sometimes the more muscles you use the more your system burns fat...in those hard to reach areas.... I am trying to show a compound exercise where you not only hit the tris...you hit the back...anyway...there is always room for improvements...thanks for your feedback...

  • all true but if your main goal is add raw muscle mass its best to keep those muscles as fresh as possible so you can hit them harder.

    but if your on some sort of cut keeping exercises compound like that and using supersets is a great way to turn a workout into cardio

    im currently doing the same thing i supserset antagonist muscle groups with no rest the hole time

    e.g chest and back| dead lift then straight to incline bench press ...its bloody hard but it works lol

  • sounds good..keep working hard... most of us here enjoy the smart workouts that allow us to tax the entire frame...as efficiently as possible... the team has been getting great results using a variety of styles...and thats the science...depending on the goal...this clip is for lean muscle....my goals for the 30 day workouts...

  • aww man . i burnt my left hand in a fire and i cant do much upper body training...is there any other way of working on your upper body , that doesnt involve the hand? thanks

  • Yes many cool ways to work your upper body with the hands... You can use weighted gloves or none at all...and just do boxing...do you have facebook? Add me: "ahmad baari"
