Saw the feat 6 days earlier on the same a tour in Hamburg, Germnay. Oh Man - I was 14 years old and diggin it… I think this boat leg also goes by the name of Beak positive
'One more time, Bill'. Bill Payne excels himself on this version. I used to have this track, taped off the BBC 'In Concert', on an old reel-to-reel. Thanks for the post - saw LF last summer in Holmfirth, West Yorks, of all places - they were excellent, and are still 'kickin' it.'
love this song, thanks much. Wonder if you could put the word Willin' in the title of the video, since there are no other great versions of this song on youtube and it took a lot of searching to find it. THANKS!
Hey thanks hosiefeat. I too had the pleasure to see these guys rock in Melb. many dead braincells ago but I rember it was just around the time of 'the last record album'was released and to this day it is still the most memorable band I've heard live. So impressed I named my son after Mr. Lowell. Just saw 'Steely Dan' late last year and I rate them 2nd. to Little Feat 4 me. Thanks for sharing with me such wonderful memories.lol Pete
Awesome post, Thank You. I saw the Feat for the first time around this time on Halloween 1975 in Boston. An Incredible show. I'm tearing up as I write this thinking about how beautiful this song, and Lowell's voice are. This was a wonderful time for this band. I miss Lowell, and wonder what else he could have given us over the years. Maybe a cautionary tale; take care of yourself, give freely, share often. Thank You once again for this fabulous posting. RIP Lowell, you are greatly missed.
why does you can hold this long so?memorized this version is less ever been in only sound part from archive. can get me away elsewhere into colorful any days, and i say thank you, man
