Hi dudes, I have C4D R10 32 bit, which has a different layout for Global Illumination (there is no GI Mode) etc. Everything I create ends up completely different looking than in the tutorials, much less realistic. i have a problem. whenever i try to select a part of the circle, it won't highlight orange like urs. i can't drag and morph the shape. all it does is either zoom in and out or change the scale of the ball. it's really frustrating.

@xLPtutorialsx the negative extrude does exacly the same as the normal extrude, just the diffrent derection, negative (innwards). that way u can make that hole he made :) hope i helped somehow? :P

I tried to sweep over the 8th section of the sphere as you did, and once I did so it gave several circles instead of just one as you had when highlighting over the area. This makes it a bit hard to see what I'm trying to highlight because it also makes the a bit glitchy. I have tried holding shift and holding down the left click button. If you could help I'd appreciate that.

But most people go to schools for these kind of programs, to make plans/blueprints for buildings, interior design and so on and so forth :P so you need a license to produce those kind of things :P if you know alot, i recommend you to go to some sort of school for these kind of things if you are interested. :D
