My heart goes out to Christian. It seems as though Ollie is driving him away and unfortunately driving him into the arms of Rebecca.Ollie can't maintain a loving relationship with a picnic basket or a trip to the beach now and then. Ollie has to work at it. He can dish out advice to others but doubts what Christian tells him. Sad. Ollie needs to wake up and soon.

Hopefully the US version of "Chrolli" won't flop right off the bat. It's a nice idea in theory, but, as with many other sequels, they usually go straight into the toilet. Afterall, it's Jo and Thore's "Chrolli" we all fell in love with. I can't imagine anyone even coming close to creating the phenomenon they have. Their chemistry is just unsurpassable...they're just too...oh what is the word I'm looking for...magical!

I agree. I have gotten more into them than I did with the Kish storyline on One Life to Live! Not to make comparrison's, because Kish has not achieved the level that Chrolli is at, and sadly probably never will! But the storyline surrounding them finally getting together as a couple, got to the point where Kyle ALMOST married another guy before backing out of it a the very very last minute because he still loved Oliver Fish! So it is easy to see something similar happening here.

This series does 2 things quite good. First, lots and lots of eye candy. Second, great choice of music. Personnally, watching Olli while listening to Arcade Fire's No Cars Go is a pure delight!

Actually, American prosecutors don't file criminal charges while they're still "investigating" or looking for evidence. They would have already grilled Jessica and probably medically examined her by this point, and her story would most likely have unraveled before any legal action was taken.

Thanks for continuing to sub the Olli and Andi scenes. The more I see of them, the more I like their friendship. At least Olli is concerned about someone other than himself, which right now I can't say about Christian. Until the boys have scenes as a couple again (hopefully sooner rather than later) I will happily watch Olli help Andi with his problems.

The current story line is, well tbh, really soap opera. "KISH" are Kyle and Fish. Characters on a US soap opera called One Life To Live (OLTL). Reports are that the FISH couple will be leaving their show and people are making comparisons to what is happening here in Verbotene Liebe (VL) with Chrolli storyline. They are seperate shows.

But dont believe all the angst on youtube. VL has just sold the Chrolli storyline to a US production company who no doubt will be annoyed if their storyline gets butchered so soon after they licenced the story arc.

Can you tell me where you heard that VL sold the Chrolli storyline to US? Does this mean there's going to be no more Chrolli on VL? What's going to happen to Thore and Jo? Will they continue their roles?

If it's all true, it has to be the worst idea ever. Chrolli is an epic story that begins before Christian and Oliver even meet. Plus the chemistry between Thore and Jo is incomparable. Chrolli is something that just can't be replicated. The idea alone sounds so inorganic. What is VL thinking?

Sorry, I probably misled you by saying sold. They are not removing Chrolli from VL. They have just allowed a US team to re-make a story based on the Chrolli intellectual property.

Personally I dont think it will be the same. Cant have Chrolli without Jo/Thore.

It means more money for VL and a better understanding of the world-wide addiction to Chrolli. Both are good for us. It might even increase Chrolli-centric storylines in VL.

Here are my thoughts on a US version of Chrolli. First of all it could be very successful just look at Queer as Folk, a take off of the British version that ran for several years on Showtime or HBO, can't remember.

Secondly unless we are successful in saving Kish, I think Brett Claywell and Scott Evans would make a good team to play Chrolli! They have excellent on screen chemistry as Kish! And where on track to become as good a couple as Chrolli, had they been given the chance!

You got it wrong - here in Europe people are only imprisoned if there's a great possibility that they will commit another crime or will try too abolish the truthful prosecution. Anyway in major situations they lock you up for up to 24/48h, if there's strong evidence and villain need to wait for justice calls it's even up to 3months. In my country penalty for raping is starting from 3 to 9 years.
