And for some reason these type of the films certainly tell the truth about the colonial times, but I always get this creepy feeling over me when watching them...

I can't explain it but it just makes me feel ehh uncomfortable, not good in any order.

it's crazy cause when i see those type of things, I get a thought of damn what kind of position would i be in in that time. Plus the fact that some white people (well in holland) aren't even a shamed of their colonial past and being all racist & having fun with it.

In Canada, Québec --> there's no tv station called Radio-Quebec as far as I know, I think you mixed Télé-Québec and Radio-Canada toghether, lol. For my part I had the chance to see parts of this amazing mini-série on Télé-Québec.

it's about french settlers and their slave colony in the island of martinique, pretty interesting story; def worth watching

it's a mini series. I watched some of it in eurochannel; if you live in the usa you have to get dish network to see the channel.

or you can go to canada i am sure they know it because it's french, it was showing on a couple of canadian channels
