Well then we disagree. I don't see our govt setting up a huge conspiracy just to open opium ops in Afghanistan; for starters, that is hardly a cost-effective way of doing things. There were other ways to get into Afghanistan that would involve a lot less being spent. And secondly, there were other places in the world that would have been easier/more profitable if the only goal was exploitation.
