  • HI I enjoy this song very much. When I was a young boy I used to sing this for Dwayne Friend in his Crusades. Dwayne wrote this song and my parents work for him in Springfield Missouri. Dwayne had me sing this song on several different crusades he hand the group had. David Gourley played the piano. I am still blessed when I hear it. Thank you. Bert Washburn

  • This song brings back such great memories of me as a little girl going to church with my mom and listening to our preacher singing this song. Awesome!

  • I just love this song, I heard it as a child, I am 46 now and I find myself singing it often just to remind myself there is NOTHING that My Jesus cannot conquer. I have yet to make it through without tears of thankfulness running down my cheeks.

    Thanks for posting this!

  • One of my all time favorites, thanks for posting.

  • Does anyone here remember the Springfield, MO based ministry led by Dwayne Friend. He sang this song and it was on one of his albums. Dwayne's version was the first time I ever heard this song. It is powerful and very inspirational

  • @bigjohnmac Hi My Parent's worked for Dwayne in Springfield in the early 70s.. AS a small boy I used to sing this for Dwayne in his Crusades. I would spend evenings at Dwayne's ranch house singing. Dwayne Friend wrote this song.

  • Thank You so much for posting this song, I have been trying to find it for years it became a favorite of mine as a young teen. I have never forgotten the words or the power message it gives. I still cannot sing this song all the way through with out tearing up. Especially when it come to the part where Jesus is waking through hell and the Devil finally realizes he has lost and still tries to stop him. POWERFUL SONG!!!!
