I bought this swift at the sock summit, I called Paradise fibers because the tension was too tight, you sent me free of charge a little kit to ease the tension, it works perfectly now. It's a fabulous swift. Thanks for the great customer service.

Hey Bill, I'm the volunteer from the Sock Summit who spent two days in the winding booth helping out. Did you find a way to ease up on the tensioning (i.e. less friction between the felt pads and the turning portion of the swift that rests on them)? I've been thinking about how great and infinitely adjustable the arm design is, and wondered if you've worked out any further bugs.
