The charger is a new infected in Left 4 Dead 2 that runs at super fast speeds into the middle of the survivors, forcing them to scatter, also the charger does good damage if he runs head first INTO a survivor. I personally know the guy who suggested it on the Left 4 Dead Valve Official Forums.

Well, it IS hard to choose sounds for a class you know nothing about, but if it's powers include throwing zombies around and acting as an undead-ram, then yes, the sounds you gave it fit like a glove.
