It's not going to be an "HD" version per se. However, it will be better than the standard Xbox version.

the new version is based on the original engine which was on the Dreamcast.

Examine every review and you'll note that the dreamcast version was better than both the ps2 and the xbox because the graphics were cleaner.

However, I downloaded the demo for ps3 and xobx 360. There's no rumble feature! I hope it will be added.

Christ, guys, give it a break. Backwards compatibility, while nice, is not as important as you might think. This game is also on PS2 and Dreamcast, so if you happen to have either of those, (LOTS of people have PS2's) you can still get the game and play it. Without issues.
