@drwhofan999 I used transcode particular and still couldnt get it as good as this. Think I need more glow on my version. I like the Dalek Effect he used and I presume he got that off some proper doctor who footage then used a mask to put it on your body and feathered it out. But as he has not replied for ages I doubt we will find out

Did you know the Time Lords actually can't regenerate if hit directly by a Dalek beam? I read about it on a Doctor Who site. It listed a couple things that Time Lords can't regenerate if it happens, like if they are exposed to the vacuum of space, or like in Turn Left when he drowned. The Only reason he could in Stolen Earth is cause if you look closely, the beam only grazed him. It didn't hit directly, that's why he didn't light up and look like a skeleton.

Also the Dalek beam was set to a setting to kill humans slowley, three seconds to ensure that they are in pain, so with its gun set to human it only caused a regeneration to a Timelord, See Prisoner of the Daleks for proof of this, love you all!

Or cause the Master's completely insane. Or maybe cause he wasn't used to the sensation. I mean as far as we know he hasn't truly regenerated since at least the intervening time between Survival and The Enemy Within (the TV movie), or maybe even as long ago as his transition(s) from the Delgado version to the Pratt/Beavers version.

i got a picture of a skeleton and used the puppet tool in cs3 to animate the same movement as sean, and took a white and green solid and masked around him as well and inverted the background.
