Somehow the point being that you should be careful of bike riders because they might moonwalk in a bear suit through a pickup game with two teams that are both playing on the same court at once. This awareness exercise isn't some "gottcha," but a psychological fact called Inattentional Blindness. The human mind doesn't notice what it's not looking for. People, the point of this test was more/less a metaphor. If you noticed at the end of the video it told you to look out for cyclists. Most people when they're driving, they get too caught up on their destination, i.e. the goal at hand (passing the balls), that they don't notice what their surroundings are like durring the trip over there, i.e. the moon walking bear. I think this test is very relevent and the message is important.
