  • this works! it really does. i also use baking soda in my hair... i mix it in with my shampoo and ya :) ITS LIKE A MIRACLE!

  • @dancer14461 lol, it is beneficial but I recommend not using it everyday... it's pretty and strong on the skin.

  • baking soda, or any other granulated scrub, I feel is not an appropriate exfoliator for acne-prone skin. I think that using fruit enzymes, acids, or a clarisonic are the better choices and less rough

  • @IntoBlackHouse yeah, I agree with you... depends on how sensitive your skin is too though. I do not recommend baking soda daily at all!

  • @acneerasingsecrets is baking powder the same??

  • @asiatoomey should be :)

  • How soon do you see results?

  • @clucaskn2 everyone is different.

  • he's not lien! It does make your smooth so SMOOTHHH. It is amazing.

  • @thugricanz thanks :)

  • Alright dude, thanks for the tip

  • @Midnaa1 your welcome :)

  • I don't know of anyone else that could make baking soda so exciting ;) lol your awesome and funny.

  • @RobFoster931 haha, thanks! I appreciate it. Mine as well be happy in this life :) No reason not too!

  • Is it ok to use a prescription from your doctor or pimple cream overnight after doing this?

  • @HEli405 I don't recommend it, prescriptions are prescriptions for a reason... They aren't natural and don't improve your inner health which shows up on your outer skin! Clearing up acne is about a healthy, balanced, nutritious diet.... then using natural skincare products to support the health of your skin.

  • lol i would subscribe but im on my ipod hehe

  • @chimmichanga1221 next time you get on the computer then!

  • Does it clear craters?

  • @nuclearpower1961 it may help yeah, it's worth a shot.

  • Just got back from SB and got a facial at Aveda Sky Salon. The girl recommended I try baking soda. I spent $200 on the outer piece Aveda line. Before I was on minocyclin, Proactive, Clinique, Accutane, and etc. My skin is not that bad now, but have minor ance, facial redness, and few dark spots or scars.

  • @MrEstudiante2007 try the secret acne cleanse for a bit... 2 days or so! may help a lot with that.

  • would it be too harsh if i cleanse with baking soda, then use apple cider vinegar as toner?....

  • @Sweetcaramel591 yeah, baking soda really "digs deep' into the pores and apple cider vinegar is strong so I don't see these two as a good mix at all.

  • Hi, will this get rid of blackheads? Thanks so much!

  • @vanderwaysara5 It will probably help!

  • i used proactive YEARS ago when they had their origional formula and it worked great for my skin. acne flared up again several months ago and i went back to try the product..it is NOT the same. it gave me a chemical burn that was very painful. the only "face wash" i use now is baking soda mixed with ocean water that i get a gallon of every year from the beach and lotion. best thing i have ever done and a small amount lasts me a long time. when i am not using this i use a washrag and warm water

  • @pillowtalk6188 Great advice, thanks so much!

  • I have a question, does it help with old acne marks and all?

  • @D0RKK09 for some people yes, it really just depends on how deep the scars (marks) are to be honest. But in my other videos I recommend other things as well so watch those too.

  • @Jiucieu I'm sure you are an amazing person but I like to get to know someone first, also... I don't live in canada... I'm going to delete this comment though b/c it's public and that's more of a private topic. If I can help you with your skin or health feel free to post questions on the facebook page or comments on my vids. Thanks.

  • i didnt know it will hurt though

  • @xxXunknownguy9Xxx it can sting a little bit... it's a pretty strong cleanser/exfoliator... Depends on the person really.

  • dude!!! i freakin love you!!! you are awesome for what your doing!!! plz keep it up man god bless you!!!!

  • @JANMV1292 Thanks! I really appreciate it! Will keep making videos! :)

  • @soccer00512 I honestly don't know, but it's worth a shot... What I would try if I were you is apple cider vinegar, watch the "apple cider vinegar acne treatment" video that I made, I think that will help you out. The secret acne cleanse might help you out too.

  • This does work better than anything I have tried! Lol Loved this video :)

  • @Pinxmedia Glad to hear you liked it and thanks for the comment! :)

  • So i used the baking soda on my face for the first time at night before i went to bed. I did use arm and hammers so i knew it would clean my skin. So i use the baking soda abd a spf 15 mosturizer and i go to bed. I wake up and my face is burning. I go run to tue bathroom and my face is bright red and extremely dry. I look closser and my skin now has like twenty white heads. Wanna explain how u made a tutorial to destroy my skin?

  • @jmziscool1007 Ok, first of all... I make these videos to help people and I didn't destroy your skin... You were the one who did this... I never said to moisturize with SPF 15 so there's your first mistake. This is your skin, your life and your actions... I'm here to help you but you have to take responsibility for taking actions that you took especially when they are different than what I tried and recommended. I never said this would help everyone, the way I recommend is better than most tho

  • Would baking powder work?

  • @MisssTuesday13 yep, that will work... :) either or!

  • I'm going to try it now !! :) thank you !!

  • @unicornsarerealxo You are very welcome :)

  • how long will it take while using bakeing soda will your skin be clear of any acne

  • @brea903 I don't think baking soda will clear up anyone's acne fully... all it does is exfoliate the pores so that the skin won't be clogged etc... Watch more of my videos to learn how to really clear up your acne... This take's some dietary changes as well as using natural skin care products that heal your skin instead of be too harsh on i. Hope this helps :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets great and thanks!

  • @acneerasingsecrets thanks and will do. For a facial cleanser, is Cetaphil okay or should I use an Aveeno active naturals product?

  • @AlexIsNotWaiting I don't recommend cetaphil, you can see my review on that by searching the vids on my channel... Aveeno naturals would be better, but I recommend checking out the "recommended acne treatment skin care products" video that I made to see my top recommendations that work best. Hope this helps!

  • @acneerasingsecrets good point. I have been battling perioral dermatitis for about two years and haven't found anything helpful. I have been taking two 100mg doxycycline capsules every day but they don't seem to be doing very much. I have even tried applying bag balm, which got rid of any pimples but my face was still very red. Any suggestions?

  • @AlexIsNotWaiting For the facial redness I would first recommend drinking more water, this seems to really help with the redness in skin... and then to also apply 100% natural aloe vera to your skin... this cools, soothes and reduces redness. Also watch the videos I make about diet, the good nutrition in your diet will help your skin as well as using natural skin care products that heal the skin instead of try to attack the problem... this is a big distinction.

  • Will this do anything for perioral dermatitis?

  • @AlexIsNotWaiting To be honest i'm really not sure, but it's worth a shot since baking soda is so cheap!

  • @acneerasingsecrets if i wash my face with dr bronners soap then, exfoliate with baking soda in the shower and after I get out of shower use aloe vera as a moisturizer is that a good plan?

  • @greenstrategist That's ok, honestly I don't recommend dr bronners as a face soap anymore b/c it's so drying, I recommend it as only a body soap and only limited to areas that really need cleaning (pits, groin etc.) I recommend a few other acne soaps on my channel, the sibu soap for face acne isn't as drying (did a review on this) as well as the "Acne facial soap review" video that I made... I use both. Use baking soda like once a week, it's very exfoliating. Aloe is a good moisturizer though!

  • u made this video on my birthday!!n u gave me a great tip! thnx ;)

  • @varsh1309 very cool! Your welcome! Thanks for watching!

  • This guy rocks. 3 day cleanse really works. Will buy AcneErasingSecrets really soon!! I am recommending to everyone I know with acne!

  • @DizShorty Thanks! I really appreciate it... am glad you took action and saw results and are taking the next step to clear up your skin and improve your health. Keep it up!

  • So now you that you recommend sea salt how would I use that?

  • @Stevetheminion Literally the same way as the baking soda, put a bit in your hand... use some warm water and rub it around your face then rinse.

  • Thanks for the vid!

  • @QUEEN1YVE You're welcome! Thanks for the comment :)

  • Great advice! I heard about baking soda before and I'm going to start using it more consistently now :o)

    Thanks!

    Jackie

  • @JackieGarrard Very cool! glad to hear... thank you for your support and gratitude! it means a lot! :)

  • your fuckin hilarious

  • @T2Lrocks lol thanks :)

  • Wow. stfu and talk about how to do it, are you stoned or something? I didn't lul once.

  • @PurePessimism Your channel name say's it all. You can change though, life is a lot better when you treat others with respect and have a positive outlook... seriously.

  • @acneerasingsecrets

Lol, my life is fine, I'm a troll bro.

  • @PurePessimism Ohh... either way be positive!

  • @acneerasingsecrets

    Sure will bro!

  • I have a profession where it is imperative that I have a clean shaved face everyday. As a result, I have to shave daily which causes skin irritation which lead to razor bumps. Since I found out about this technique, I started using it and it really does work. I'm honestly razor bump free. Along with this technique I do everyday, I tame 2 Vitamin E's everyday and apply Noxzema everynight and rinse in the morning. It really does work. I've been razor bump free for 2 and a half weeks now

  • @AllAmericanGuy01 Very cool, thanks for sharing your story! I appreciate it.

  • cool vid how did you learn about this tecnique

  • @dontre2333 Research! i've read and tried a lot of things to improve my skin.

  • hahaha, love the way you explain stuff :D

  • @Blazzord haha... thanks :)

  • Love your accent at 0:29 :) And at 5:11, yes you do look sexy haha Anyway, thanks for the advice again!

  • @TheAyikita Thanks :)

  • Did you experience worse acne at first when you used it? Because it seems to happen to me, it was amazing the firs 3 days or so then it has gotten worse.

  • @seriall1337 Not really, it could just be your skin getting used to not being dependent on the other things that you used to use and it may be detoxing a little bit... I would stay on it for a few more days and see if it dies down a little bit, if it doesn't then I just wouldn't use it... I actually recommend sea salt over baking soda now though b/c it's more natural and cleansing overall.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Ye ive read about that, and a lot of ways to use it. Ive heart it can be used as a toner, as a mask, and as a steamer (with a warm cloth.) If you have tried it, which would you recommend?

  • @seriall1337 I actually just wash my face with it, so more of an exfoliating and face washing type of use... :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets how long did it take for you to get rid of your acne scars using this

  • @tinygangster66 I didn't use it for acne scars so idk to be honest, I would recommend sangre de drago more for scars in the "how to get rid of acne scars" video that I made...

  • So, baking POWDER should not be used, right, only baking soda?

  • @seriall1337 baking soda is what I recommend yeah... But I believe they are similar or the same? i'm not quite sure.

  • IM about halfway trough your video, and I wanna try it out. How often would your recomment it to be used? Every day?

  • @seriall1337 Nevermind, got the answer 10 seconds later. Thanks for the video ;)

  • @seriall1337 glad to hear! thanks :) and... your welcome! lol

  • love your personality!

  • @flysince1983 Thanks! You can see more of it in the "benzoyl peroxide and accutane" video! lol

  • throw everything out? How about Dermalogica: does that induce acne? :-O

Thanks for the tip btw :-) Will try it tonight.

  • @FranneFrancesca I haven't heard of that brand before but just went to their website and saw some of their products... I don't like that they don't share with you what ingredients are in the product on their website so I don't really no if they are good or not. I'd have to know if they contained benzoyl peroxide, parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate etc... If they do contain these things or other ingredients then I wouldn't recommend it. Thanks for the comment :)

  • Hummm I shall give it a try

  • @der247 Cool! Thanks for watching my vids! :)

  • haha ilike you. you're funny :D

  • @famouslikedat well that's good to hear! lol... thanks :)

  • Lol! Your funniest video! Haha Thanks for sharing all the good stuff :)

  • @Mikkez9 lol... thanks :)

  • You are to funny!! : )

  • @LoveableDozer well thank you! I love compliments so don't stop now! LOL :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets

I just used this and it is amazing! :) YAY!!!!!

  • @LoveableDozer very cool! :) Keep learning :)

  • wtf is baking soda gonna cure everything? today acne/whitens teath the next day cancer and in the future global warming hell why not immortality.

  • @GHOS7v nope, it's just one thing you can try that is beneficial. I recommend much more.

  • does all your advice works for back acne too??

  • @CallMeSmash Most definitely, everything I teach works for both facial and body acne. Thanks for the question :)

  • i think i'm going to try this.

  • @CallMeSmash cool! :)

  • Will this get rid of acne scars?

  • @MrMichaelBlackson I really don't know b/c I don't have scars but I have heard that it does so buy some and try it out... it's like a buck to buy a box of baking soda so it's worth a shot! thanks for the comment.

  • Sugar is also a good natural exfoliator.

  • @12eAcTi0nZz Very true! good point! :)

  • do i do this after taking a bath of before?

  • @softtriger I use it during a shower... But I recommend using it when you feel your skin can be exfoliated... So before or after the shower both works really.

  • @acneerasingsecrets WOW! i tried it yesterday before i slept and when i woke up my pimples dried up and the redness was gone. im really surprised on how fast it gives you results

btw can i make lots of baking soda paste and stock it up in a bottle? so that every time i shower i just take it out and exfoliate?

  • @softtriger So glad to hear! the great thing is that it's cheap and natural! Keep it up and implement other methods I teach and you will be 100% clear in no time! I just keep the baking soda outside of the shower and then take some and pour it into my hand and use it while in the shower... I think by making a paste beforehand it may dilute the effectiveness of it... It's worth a try though so go ahead! Thanks for sharing your story! So glad to hear! :)

  • how long will it take for your skin to be like noticeably clearer

  • @myowakim This alone won't clear up your acne for most people... but you should see reduction in a few days.... Watch my other videos to learn what other skin care products to use... and how to change your diet to fully and completely cure your acne. Hope that helps! :) Thanks for the comment!

  • I used baking soda to clean my babies butt, but no ice came out. What am i doing wrong?? Does it mean my baby is a terrorist or a racist??

  • put water on your skin first...u dont wanna do it dry...it might irritate it..i've been using it for a week now...im shocked...amazing stuff..i use it on my teeth..everything now lol it rocks!!

  • @michtenn16 It's pretty cool stuff! I like it... I use it to brush my teeth sometimes too! it make's them whiter :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets would you recommend using a moisturizer after washing with the baking soda?

  • @ninjadrummerman Yep, as long as it's natural though... 100% natural with no negative ingredients.

  • i just tried it and it felt like it was sizzaling on my skin and it kinda burned is this normal? it went away after washing it off

  • @CRAZYCHELLI My skin doesn't really burn... but honestly that's probably a good thing because it's probably cleaning and cleansing things from your pores that shouldn't be there.

  • @CRAZYCHELLI yeahhits supose to sizzle a lil bit and u have to kinda of feel a lil burnin sensation... ur face has to get use to it

  • @CRAZYCHELLI yup thats normal... it happeen to me too.. ur face has to get use to it and build tolerance

  • @aly21709 Yep, very true!

  • can i use it every day????

  • @seyness1 Yep!

  • Is it true that baking soda interferes with your skin's natural balance?

Because I heard after doing this you should use a solution that is 50% water and 50% white vinegar to restore this balance... But who wants to put stinky vinegar on their face? xD

  • @gerbilstars If by natural balance you mean "PH balance" then yes, but everything does... but sometimes you have to offset on one side to bring it back into balance (if that make's sense) lol.... vinegar is very acidic and water is alkaline so half and half seems like a pretty good ratio. Sounds like something worth trying at least...

  • @acneerasingsecrets do you use it everyday or 3 or 4 days a week

  • @purestoned88 Probably only like once a week now since I don't have acne... But you can use it every time you shower if you want.

  • @acneerasingsecrets

    Ok, thanks!! : )

  • Oh really? What's the name of the video?

  • @Aa4vr There are a few, one is the soap by sibu and that is "sibu beauty acne facial soap" or something and the other is "acne facial soap review just natural organic skincare" Have a great day!

  • @acneerasingsecrets i recently removed my facial hair using an EPILATOR now the skin on my cheeks are red and im really scared of whats gonna happen whats the cause and how can i treat it ive exfoliated my face for maybe a day now but will it help

  • @jeman47 I would recommend using coconut oil on your skin, it's good for healing skin and reducing inflammation as well.

  • I just got the "Ultimate Soap" in the mail today and I'm going to start using it tonight. And I was thinking of doing this tonight too. But which do I do first? Do I use the baking soda first, rinse THEN use the soap? Or wash with soap, rinse, THEN do the Baking Soda?

  • @Aa4vr I would go baking soda first b/c it exfoliates then the soap second because it will give your skin nutrients... There are a few other soaps that I have since recommended since that one too that I have found work even better! But all 3 I recommend are good... natural and top quality :)

  • Dammit! I'm going to try this. I can't be a model with acne. That's a no no

  • @GeorgeouxDash lol... Glad I can help! I have a bunch of other videos sharing other products and treatments I recommend so check those out too! :)

  • i tried...im gonna tell you the results AFTER like 3days.

  • @shedylerpormanes Ok cool, try some of the other things I share too! :)

  • woah.. i am actually gonna try this..

  • @AntiJacob89 lol... it works really well! :)

  • Your so funny and thanks for the tip :D

I have been using proactiv...and i hate it!!

so i will try this...thanks again!

  • oh my goodness, youre adorable! (: i've started using baking soda and it works really well, so thank you!

  • @tieshamomiesha Why thank you! Glad you love it! there are so many all natural things you can do so stick to those as much as you can! are better for your skin and health in the long-run! thanks so much for the positive feedback! you rock!

  • so...do i use any moisturizer or anything with this..??

  • @ChewyPickles I don't need to, I find that baking soda exfoliates and leaves my skin perfect. Not too dry or oily... my skin is really balanced though because of a lot of other things I do. You can use aloe vera or coconut oil as a moisturizer.

  • For those with sensitive skin like myself, apply the baking soda paste to an already moisted face. Applying the paste straight from your hands to your face can have an adverse effect on the skin. But again, this should be done to those with sensitive skin. You can also use a makeup brush to apply the baking soda paste on your face, simply because it would be kind and less irritating, rather than using your hand, which can sometime put to much pressure on the face. Hope this was helpful..

  • @peaceofheart12 Thanks so much! appreciate the tip :)

    David

  • hahahaha okay

  • This burns my face if I keep it on for about 5 mins. I'll keep using it and i'll tell ya if it's working or not

  • @sufy1000 Just wash your face with it then and don't leave it on... or you can try leaving it on and keep doing it and it may just burn less and less b/c your skin will get used to it. It is a natural ingredient so should be fine.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Yeah thought so. Hopefully my skin should get used to it.

    Thanks

  • is it safe to use this everyday with out irritation? and how long should i massage it on my face before rinsing?
