Kosher is the sound of a cows heart hitting the ground and the blood squirting out of the vessels as gravity does it job with pressurizing the heart to get it to beat again. But of course religion found that ripping out the heart keeps nature from claiming control of a animal and its once beating heart. My guess is religion then claims that animals are heartless after they rip the heart out while laughing.
