This is isn't midi, the other one is.

Yes it is, you just imported the midi file of Gp5 in fruity loops and changed the sound with the sound bank of the program ;)

for me makes no difference.....it's written on a grid and so is midi

I used Guitar Pro 5.2 to make a midi file, then I imported it to Fruity Loops.

It's not harder than that. lol
