You have a great collection of MSX games. I knew all the titles except for Gunsmoke which was released as Desperado. Cosmic Shock Absorber was one of the worst games to grace the MSX screen.
Great stuff, no 8-bit micro collection is complete without a disappointing version of Out Run... tho from what I've seen from the MSX so far it probably rocks
@SystemSyko The msx was a Japanese computer...it was released in the US, but it never took off - would be a rare sight in North America... MSX didn't do well in the UK either... However, did very well in Brazil, Spain, Netherlands & it's homeland Japan :D Yep, that's were I got the name from :D
Indeed it got a huge following in the Netherlands. But let's not forget that there were several South Korean companies involved as well and of course Philips.
@UKRetroGames Yeah, I know what you mean... everytime some kid at school asked what computer I owned... & I replied - MSX... "MSX who?" would be they're reply... LOL Overall, it wasn't to bad... esp when I showed them games from konami....they're jaws would drop silly... from then on it was ok to own an MSX... :D
Part 2 Vid will be showing the cartridges :D cheers mate.
