get some new strings like aquilas or d addarios :) plus if that isnt a wood ukulele i suggest you get a wood one above 60$ :) it will sound MUCH better compared to what you have.... if you havent gotten new stuff by now lol

at 0:39 ? strum the string, lift you finger off the frett, and put your finger back on to it.... the faster you do it the better it sounds

its a pull off and hammer on, but I cant get it to make the sound after I pull off, and its only a small sound when I hammer on. any help?

er... only a few reaons why that happens:

1.Loose strings: Try tightening them and raising it an octave

2. Ukes: What kind you using. If its a small soprano, less sound obviously. If your using a tenor, or a beefy ass baritone Ukes like mine than this isnt why

3.Interference with the strings: lots of times, people leave there sleeves down or there fingers on the string, meaning no vibrations

4. Skill: This is hardly ever why but sometimes people shake ALL there fingers slightly... less sound

i don't have a tenor however i have a baritone. i learned from my soprano ukulele that it was a lot tougher to do hammer ons with it than my baritone. some people say its the other way, regardless, this was my problem. i found it wasn't how hard i was hammering the fret or when to strum, but there was a slight touch on the side where the bars are between each fret. it would completely destroy the hammer on. perhaps try and see your finger position, especially on smaller frets.
