  • don't forget to whip your egg whites a bit, this is a vital step in denaturing the proteins, as well as heat and acidity (from the tomato.) To prevent drops of fat on your soup, wipe EVERYTHING that touches the soup post-production with vinegar.

  • so much for high class cooking. at home we make 2-3 packets of dumplings (whole wrapper, not cut into 4 ) each packet has 100
