@combasnalah gaussian blur, then duplicated the layer a bunch of times to maximize the opacity.

How do you move things around instead of having to redraw them? I watched your ms paint speed paint and read the comments it says use the icon that looks like a star. But how do you do it on photoshop? I have the same version.

select it, then either use the move tool (the one that looks like a cursor at the top) or hold Ctrl when moving it.

@QueenoDisney It's Adobe Phtoshop cs5, yes it works with mac, and no, it does not come with a pen tablet.

unfortunatly, it is neither cheap or easy for beginers. I paid 500$ for the student version. for beginers, I would suggest photoshop elements which is much less expensive and easier, and slowly make your way up.

Laptops would work fine, but It would be alot easier with an attachable mouse, especialy with a macbook. :)
