I quiet liked World Up, although it wasnt a massive hit, its nothing we have ever heard from a Spice Girl, solo or as a group, and we have not heard anything like it since. Its not as good as I Want You Back the first single by Mel B (although she was Mel G at this point), it should be re-released, todays music scene is ready for a song like this.
