  • Im 15 and am trying to train for parkour, it is a small town and there is no place to train, what do i do?

  • HAHA! Wow.. Watching this makes me feel really weak.. I can barely do 10 pull ups on a good day. I'm more of a leg strength guy.

  • thx for the back up. and ya the reason i had gloves ion was cause i had recently broken 1 of my hands and on the other hand one of the fingers.

  • Rofl, anime you make an invalid point. xD I understand that his hands could be in bad condition, but maybe in his description he should let his students know gloves are bad to use. You need to build calus. And if your hand was broken a simple glove would not help it. Maybe you should have waited to make this video? You have to train safe, make sure you let yourself heal before doing permanant damage. ):

  • You should build ur abs up, by doing suicides and hanging ur weight. Also you should work on upper body strength, push ups, reps, body hangs and such

  • Ya, but i dont wanna get any one hurt xD. I myself do reps of 50 until i get to about 300, but if some one is unaccustomed to doing it and is straining to do more than 50 they could pull something and i didnt wanna get yelled at :D

  • I had injured my hand a week earlier on my right wrist. I was wearing the gloves for weight protection. I can remake the video and do it without gloves if u want. I do it every day without gloves :3

  • I was just told to make some vids on how to strengthen certain areas by some friends so i did. (it works though) I am 12 year mix martial artist. Free running and parkour for 5 years

    You might wanna see this guy, scooby1961. This goes for everybody, his strength building techniques work a charm.

  • Another tip is to not wear gloves while training parkour. ;)

  • Ya, try to keep the resting area between 1 and 2 minutes though
