  • I just started to lift weights. Ive been lifting since the starting of my 10th grade year(2011-2012). Im mid way through my 10th grade year right now. I bench 145 - squat 230 - power clean 155 - dead lift 260 right now. i weigh 118-120 pounds. Im 16 years old. I'm like 5'5 - 5'6 height. I dont believe in supplements. but good job man, keep doin what your doin.

    You should never work on any muscle part every day, rest is just as important as working out.

    Every day? Shitty advice. Weighted ab exercises max 3 times a week to increase ab muscle mass. And to have visible abs you need to have low body fat.

    I recommend use of an ab wheel, the lifeline usa power wheel or Akro wheels but be very careful, they are tough if you aren't use to using them.

  • @MegaAnonymous2011 do an ab session (workout) high intensity and then some cardio 2-5 times a week, but other than that the best tip i could give u is that Abs are made in the Kitchen, its alot about what u eat

  • Hey Andrew....why did you do this video right after eating a lot of food? I would think you'd want to look your best for the video and not have a distended stomach and a smooth look from fluid retention. I'd have made the video first thing in the morning when you were at your leanest. BUT despite of that, you STILL look terrific! Keep up the good work and continue to work out hard.

  • Great definition pretty much everywhere m8. One minor point is it looks like your arms are getting slightly too big relative t your chest, so you might wann work on your chest a bit too. Otherwise awesome

  • Amazing physique. Great pecs, delts, abs and triceps. The hardest area to thicken up and broaden is the back. It will come in time.  All that powerlifting has created a solid base. You must dominate in P.E!

  • In my opinion, your abs look very great! You have a great deal of incredible quality muscle. Besides your abs...your back, pecs, shoulders look rock hard. Your triceps like perfect horse shoes and your biceps astonishing. Your posing is beautiful showing your development to a tee. If I could make one suggestion, maybe get a little closer to the camera, you seem far away. You are spectacular.

  • @andrewgaulin dude.... obviously people dont know what they are talking about. First off your body is really cut, get on some gainer such as cytogainer. Need a little more work on pecs too. What are your Bench, squat and if you are on your school weightlifting team what is your clean and jerk?
