  • Keep it up Rob! I am lifting like crazy too :) When i started I deadlift only lifted 132p and in only 5 weeks with moderate intensity and progress I deadlift 220p x5. I just keep focus on lifting right.

    Next six weeks is all about building with 40% set backs on weights and up to 12 reps. We need guys like you in the world :) I am really impressed by your dedication to your goal. Good luck with your health and training :)
