@FireyFiringFire : it's a lithium ion battery like a cell phone. Yep it's rechargeable and it'll charge your iPod while you're listening to it.

Yep the version for the iPod/iPhone does include a dock cable. It also works with 3G.

It takes around 2.5 hrs to charge an iPod from zero to full.

It's about the same size as the iPhone. 4"L X 0.37"H X 2.2"W
