  • This video is LAME

  • I was trying to find my favorite song by Andrew W.K. and ended up here.. I'M PISSED

  • Woo hoo !!!! Go Tea Party

  • It's just amazing how corporations like the Koch Brothers have managed to use these dumbass t-bagging people for their own benefit.

  • Expecting to hear an Andrew WK song, I was ready to like this video. I AM DISAPPOINT.

  • dumbass trolls saying tea partyers are kkk members need a history lesson. the democratic party members started the kkk, and the republicans strongly opposed them.

  • @mmarko001s both parties have changed throughout history

  • The tea party is just a bunch of kochsuckers

  • The Tea Party crowd are a bunch of heartless bastards. One thing though and it's good - they'll make sure the Republicans won't get into the White House. They are outnumbered. Why don't they just wrap themselves in a flag and take a shit?

  • it's a sick time in the world when your own goverment stands behind a group who clims to take us out and obama group stands behine the union leader with the name haffa, ARE YOU PEOPLE BLIND. OBAMA HAS NOTHING TO RUN ON,NOTHING, WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT THIS MAN IN OFFICE FOR 4 MORE YRS, LIBERALS WILL DO AND SAID ANYTHING TO STAY IN POWER. ((( THIS IS YOUR GOVERMENT ))))) TEA PARTY LETS START A PARTY NOW

  • typical americans too good to be taxed and constantly saying there fighting for freedom like england discovered the americans there and conquered them

  • @captainmarshmellow13 : "TOO GOOD TO BE TAXED"?! THE GOVERNMENT KEEPS MORE OF MY MONEY THAN I DO! :-(

  • @MoparBrion Liar.

  • @captainmarshmellow13 Study American history! Americans don't cave like those under the queens rule. My family is from Wales.

  • European news tends to much less biased than typical American news networks. We tend to interject too much personality and opinion in our news.

  • @OrganNLou : "Too much... opinion in our news" At least we can agree on that. It has become impossible to find a news outlet that is not biased in one way or another. As such, viewers have sought out news outlets that report about the issues and events that most concern them. Where was Fox 10 years ago? Unbiased media will never be found, especially in a Free Press society. But I'll take my choice of biased media over the lack of choice every time. Many Europeans have no such choice.

  • @MoparBrion Good journalism doesn't call for "opinion" my friend!

  • @OrganNLou : So tell me, OrganNLou... where are you finding "good journalism" today? NPR? LOL!

  • I like this song...Coool !!!!

  • I think we need 2 take a deep look at the previous organizations of government and business that helped and is helping the New World Order movement and pretend 2 b the tyrranical leader in a sense of having fun destroying all the bad guy's worked hard for!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • In Germany many people think the "Tea Party Movement" is one more step into the Middle Ages for the "New World" !

  • @ChrisBowie13 : In America many people gave their lives to defeat a Germanic "New World Order".

  • @MoparBrion In Germany there's a powerful trend towards a pro-capitalist mindset. It isn't at all intellectually grounded (as in Austrian economics, for example) - but just the being fed up with "do-gooder" government activism and the PC tyranny. There isn't a Tea Party yet, but I predict Germany will also move to a truly American way of life quite soon (a matter of decades is my guess).

  • @john42t : Today's Germany has seen the failure of over-reaching government, and is making a comeback... great to see it happening!

  • @john42t How Scary!

  • Very uninformed individuals (luckily located mostly in the south)!

  • @OrganNLou Tea Party members are considered the most informed group, according to independent polls... of course, this should come as no surprise to a well-informed individual such as you. We are also not prone to take ANY information for granted, whether it is obtained through Fox or one of the many liberal-leaning news outlets such as MSNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, most newspapers and print media. Tea Party people are interested in the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

  • @MoparBrion Right,,,the tea party also are responsible for putting us back into a recession with their their ridiculous tactics! They wanted a failed economy so that democrats and the president would lose and that's just what they got! I feel you guys should do as Rick Perry suggests and secede from the us!

  • @OrganNLou I'm thoroughly enjoying this... with your every statement, you are proving who the REAL uninformed people are - the sheeple who follow the leaders of the radical left. Please feel free to make more ridiculous, baseless comments! Awesome!

  • @MoparBrion Those polls, i.e. Rasmussen (owned by the Koch Brothers) are shown to be some the most slanted polls on the planet! Pollsters don't take them too seriously!

  • @OrganNLou Name one bad thing about the Republican party and I'll name 20 bad things about the Democrat Party.

  • @ThatHaloGuy117 Yes but they are less "egregious" than in the republican party!

  • @OrganNLou How are we more "egregious" than the Hypocritical, literally Insane Left?

  • @ThatHaloGuy117 Read a dictionary, and maybe you will understand what that word means!

  • @OrganNLou How did you come to the conclusion that I didn't know what egregious meant?

  • Stand DOWN!!!

  • @Ulrna : No.

  • @MoparBrion lol :p

  • The only current real treat to America is the financial treat.

This is still going on by massive lobbyism. If this gigantic hole in the economy is not fixed then the United States won't be very united anymore.

When the representatives on the top uses rhetoric like socialist, communist or nazi to start conflicts between the two wings of politics in the country, doesn’t that make people wonder what their motives are? :I

  • @Ulrna Just wondering ... do you think that massive government spending will fix the economy? It never has before, and never will. Most of Obama's cabinet; as well as many other Democrat politicians; are self-proclaimed Socialist or Communists. It isn't "rhetoric" when they come right out and say what they are. As far as conflicts, and who is stirring them up - take a look at the union activity. Their demonstartions are much more mean-spirited and violent than any tea party I've ever attended.

  • @MoparBrion They are not communists or socialists...

Taxing a few corporations for once would perhaps be a good way to stop the decline of the GDP.

There is an international market, so taxing is one of the only ways to actually gain anything (for the United States GDP), when the private sector uses American resources in order to produce and sell products on the international market and already have market monopoly in the United States, thus controlling salaries.

  • @Ulrna Wow. Where do you get your news? The corporate tax rates in the United States are the HIGHEST of any developed nation in THE WORLD at 40%! This has caused many corporations to relocate overseas. As far as Obama's cabinet - open your eyes. Read some of their writings. See which organizations they have been associated with. Better yet, look at what they are doing and compare it to the Socialist agenda... they're following Saul Alinsky's playbook, step by step.

  • @MoparBrion But they get tax deductions.

Obama is just the figurehead, he doesn’t have sovereign power, and he gets pushed around by the House of Representatives and the senate every time they want something.

His presidency has been one of the hardest in the history of the United States, due to the former government’s massive misuse of the budget during the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.

He kind of reminds me of Mikhail Gorbachev, the last president of USSR.

  • @Ulrna Obama isn't the only problem... we took care of part of the problem last November. As far as sovereign power - he has appointed about 32 "czars" (and yes- Bush had some as well) who are not confirmed by Congress. There should be NO czars. And Congress didn't "push him around" before last year's elections... they ignored both the Constitution and the rules of Congress to pass every part of his agenda that they could, to the detriment of their electorate.

  • @Ulrna ya poor obama inherits this mess , he was a senator that took cash from fannie & freddie and with $932,000,000 Million in earmarks make him the winner of the WORLDS Lartest earmark in the HISTORY of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA

  • people who knock the tea party are ones who fear the tea party. They just want to curl up and suck on the governments bussom.

  • THE FAR RIGHT THREAT

  • U are all now dumber for having watched this idiotic music video. This parties agenda changes week to week which is why no one who knows politics respects them. They're trailer trash and old ppl talking about the "good 'ole days." Learn about what u stand for before u hop on this redneck bandwagon!

  • @1986davefreak : You may think that nobody in politics has respect for the principles of limited Constitutional government, but last November proved that voters want smaller government, reduced spending, and more freedom. The elections in 2012 will advance our cause even further. The "Progressive" movement; also known as Socialism or Marxism; has been advancing in the U.S. since the Wilson Administration, and must be stopped.

  • YES WE CAN DUMP OBAMA ON HIS SKINNY ASS IN 2012

  • Great video/Song. Thanks for sharing!

  • Awesome video just like you said :)

  • Awesome video just like you said :)

  • all hail the mighty koch brothers!!!

  • You can not trust either side of the aisle. The only people you can trust in office are those who actual worked for a living. All these silver spoon types are bought and paid for by those who are actively destroying this nation. I would vote for a garbage man before I vote for another well to do candidate again. The biggest lie is that there is a difference between the parties- they both are pushing the same agenda. Time to remove them all one way or another! GOT TAR & FEATHERS?!!!

  • These naive fools are supporting a gop party that is so far in the pocket of wall st, big pharma and the oil co's not to mention the big business that outsources US jobs and the people they support are building new mansions off the back of the middle class while these dopes can't even fix a toilet in their trailers. What suckers. I have a bridge to sell these dopes.

  • @king102361 These "naive fools", according to several surveys, are the most well-informed people in America. These "dopes" are NOT blindly supporting the GOP party, as evidenced by the defeat of SEVERAL Republican incumbents in the primaries... and these "suckers" aren't interested in your bridge-to-government-dependency, leading to Socialism. Watch the elections tomorrow night and you'll discover that you're not only out of touch - YOU'RE OUTNUMBERED! :-)

  • @MoparBrion: every 'partier I've had the misfortune to converse with online is a vile idiot and in some cases they're borderline fascists.

And, at the same time as I posted dozens of posts about the issue, the 'partiers largely ignored immigration, a much more vital and fundamental issue than spending. It's also the issue where the Dems/far-left are most vulnerable.

And, the 'partiers largely ignored it.

They're a bogus, DC-controlled group, whether they know it or not.

  • @NoMoreBlatherDotCom In my personal experience at Tea Parties in Tennessee, Ohio, and the 9-12 March on D.C. I've had the pleasure of meeting freedom-loving activist Patriots. Many of the "Partiers" are the same people who called their elected representatives about the Amnesty Bill a few years back under Bush... and they were successful in stopping the bill's passage.

The Tea Party intends to put the Nation's power back where it belongs - in the hands of the People.

  • @king102361 Keep giving your money to pointless causes!! But LIBERALS dont do the same?!!! Wake up people..................

  • This is OUTSTANDING!!!! I hope American's hear this. Ty!!!!

  • Brion, thanks so much for all your help. I've appreciated your friendship through the years! Great Tune!!!

  • Check out the youtube video "Boots On The Ground" by John Lee Windsor and Tim Goonan, and spread the word! AWESOME song!

  • Nice one! Wish someone would get an "inspirational cd" together for purchase.

I've been collecting individual songs and there are a lot of good ones.

Search You Tube for a new one:

"Don't Call Us No Names (Tea Party Song)"

  • @vechorik Check out "Revolution without a Gun" an Angry Tea party song

  • Why is the Republican party falling apart at a time like this?

  • @FulinYu : The Republican Party hasn't fallen apart, it is merely in the middle of a leadership transition. Conservatives are sick and tired of their views not being represented, and are taking the party back... in a BIG way!

  • Love this Song!!! People had better Stand up together For God, Jesus and our America. Speakup Dammitt!!!!

  • Awesome song and great video !! Thank you for posting this.

    In Liberty.

  • Awesome song and great video !! Thank you for posting this.

    In Liberty.

  • WHEN THE FASCISTS APPEAR IN THE USA, LIKE BECK, BUSH, CHENEY, COULTER, SHARPTON AND PALIN, THEY WILL BE WAVING AMERICAN FLAGS AND THROWING THEIR BIBLES AS WEAPONS AT THEIR ENEMIES!

  • @1947rande Sweeden has a mixed market economy.

  • This is the stupidest bullshit I've ever seen. Hey, the American people voted those politicians into office by the rules of the Constitution, so maybe the founders really fucked up, eh? They were politicians too. Remember that. This is nationalist propaganda. Consider yourself lucky that you live in a country where political identity is just a hobby and a joke, as this video makes obvious.

  • @guninthewater .... and the American people; who have been asleep at the switch for a few decades; are gonna vote them right back OUT in November. I consider myself lucky to live in a Nation with a large Conservative-majority population that is (finally) speaking out. It may be a hobby to you, but Conservatives have grown tired of being walked on by small groups of loud people. Think it's a joke? Wait and see what happens!

  • @MoparBrion Dude, most people are in the middle in this country. That's a long known fact, as proven by the vast majority of politicians work to attract the median voter. There is no "large conservative majority" or a large liberal majority. You act as if a huge nationwide group of passionate conservatives simply didn't bother to vote until now, thirty years after the government abandoned any sense of fiscal responsibility. Neither party will ever again balance the budget or fix the tax code

  • @guninthewater If you are correct, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about in the 2010 or 2012 elections... go back to sleep.... sleep....

  • from a former marine,FUCK SOCIALISM !!!!!!!

that sums it up for me...........

  • @keithehlert Socialism doesn't nor has it ever existed in the real world.

  • I LOVE this powerful video. I've watched it 2 dozen times. I downloaded the music last year. Great job. Thank you!!!

  • The historical inaccuracies in this video hurt my brain. And if you are an American who has no idea what I am talking about with "historical inaccuracies," hit yourself over the head twice and then demand HIGHER taxes for better schools.

  • @jrh027 Higher taxes don't equal better schools. We are spending more money for education than at any time in our history. Teacher's Unions allow bad teachers to keep their jobs, and lawsuits have prevented school administrators from enforcing even the most minimal forms of punishment to prevent student behavior that may be detrimental to the learning experience. Another major problem is that some parents simply refuse to take any responsibility in their child's educational process.

  • @MoparBrion Education is a small expenditure, dwarfed by Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and the out of control military industrial complex. Without adequate educational spending, we lose our human capital advantage. So goes human capital so goes the nation.

  • @guninthewater I am near a $27 million High School complex. They employ 2 "Resource Officers" (Police) to keep order, and many of the students graduate with below average reading, writing, and mathematical skills. At the other end of the county is a one-room school heated by a wood stove. These students are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking two languages by the 3rd Grade, and don't need a calculator to perform elementary math calculations. Money does not guarantee educational success.

  • @MoparBrion It's too late anyway. The Asians will control the world in 20 years.

  • @guninthewater You may be right.... IF the government continues expanding entitlement programs, socializing everything from health care to building cars, and passing "stimulus" legislation designed to provide kick-backs in return for union support.... all with money borrowed from CHINA!

  • Where were you guys during the Bush years? Had no problem with the Patriot Act?

  • Obama has only been in office for 18 months, exactly how "sick" of his "socialist, marxist" management of this country can you be? Taxes are lower for most of America and I'm sorry but Bush was the one who instituted all of the "Big Brother" policies that took away our "freedom".

You talk about guns and bibles but give me ONE time when Obama or the current congress EVER tried to take away either.....ever?

I'm sorry guys, I can really only deal in facts, and you present none for your case.

  • @gojiberriesoflove If you're only dealing in facts, read Obama's "Dreams of my Fathers", listen to the Rev. Wright "sermons", take a look at the politically activist backgrounds of nearly every Cabinet-level and Judicial appointment Obama has made, and tell me; in all honesty; that you see no links to persons who have Socialism as a common goal. Bush was bad also. Progressives have been slowly making inroads since the early 1900's. It is time for a return to Constitutional government.

  • I'm reading your comments and all of you are missing the point. The 'progressives' WANT us to be segregated into little, dependent 'subgroups'. They want us to be the perpetually persecuted and perpetually dependent, Don't give them that kind of power over you! You have been blessed to have been born in the land of the free...........was there slavery practiced here ? YES ! Did we ABOLISH it?!? ABSOLUTELY!

What have the 'poverty pimps' done FOR minority groups? Have they abolished poverty?!

  • @bonsmom

NO! The poor are still among us, problem is they've been kept poor by polititians who value them only as reliable votes...not as valuable HUMAN BEINGS! An EDUCATION is something that NOBODY can EVER take from anyone! Be selfish about it!

We are ALL AMERICANS..................lose the hyphans........cherish where you came from but this is where you ARE and WHO you ARE.

DO NOT allow ANYONE separate you from your country of CHOICE.....WE ARE AMERICA...WE ARE FREE....

  • @bonsmom Hell YEAH!!!

  • Great song!

  • I wonder if there is any thing that the Tea Party believes in that the KKK is against.

Most of the things the tea party is for, the KKK is also for. I can never be for ANY THING that the Ku Klux Klan is for

  • @KarjolasMask The Tea Party shares none of the same interests as the KKK.

That can NOT be said about many current and former members of the Democrat Party. Please do a little research and know your history before making ignorant comments.

  • @MoparBrion it was southern democrats that wanted to keep slavery alive, karjolas needs to deffinately research history

  • @MoparBrion Right those signs saying that Obama was a monkey and hated the US were just kind words! STOP WATCHING FOX NEWS AND GET A LIFE!

  • @KarjolasMask wtf are you talking about? Why not get educated on wtf you are talking about before spouting out BS like that.....stop playing the f'n race card....Its out of control. This issue is being used to divide people...meanwhile the puppet politicians on BOTH sides are working for others and they are RAPING our country as we fight about BS!

  • Brion did an awesome job with this song.

  • Protect your rights!

In 2006 the Military Commissions Act created by the Republican Congress and President Bush killed your right of Habeas Corpus. This law allows the president and military courts to declare anyone an enemy combatant and suspend their basic civil rights. They told us that they were protecting us from terror.

  • In 2006 the Military Commissions Act created by the Republican Congress and President Bush killed Habeas Corpus. This law allows the president and military courts to declare anyone an enemy combatant and suspend their basic civil rights. They told us that they were protecting us from terror.

  • IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS COUNTRY WELL HATERS OF GLEN BECK AND OBAMA LUVRS CAN JUST GO USE WE ACCUALY CARE ABOUT OUR COUNTRY AND WANT OUR RIGHT SO LEAVE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT ROCK ON GLEN BECK!!!

  • @LIVEloveLAUGHfor3v3r : Um.... just because we think Glenn Beck is getting rich selling radical rhetoric to dummies.... does not mean we do not love America

  • @BLARGHALT: Which country is better than the US?

So your new history teachers, with all their days off and benefits and pension plans, are fighting harder for this country than those who gave their lives?

  • @BLARGHALT Whatever. Find a better form of government, and we'll try it. Just don't ask me to follow Marx. By the way, that "piece of paper" doesn't give us ANY rights, it merely acknowledges that we were all BORN with rights endowed by our Creator. At least you showed a little more creativity than the usual F-Bomb dropping liberal idiots who post comments here....

  • @BLARGHALT: @BLARGHALT: Which country is better than the US?

So your new history teachers, with all their days off and benefits and pension plans, are fighting harder for this country than those who gave their lives?

  • @BLARGHALT: Which country is better than the US?

So your new history teachers, with all their days off and benefits and pension plans, are fighting harder for this country than those who gave their lives?

  • @BLARGHALT

Speaking of lies, democrats aren't the party of tolerance and will never apologize for the lynching of thousands of blacks and white republicans. History question. The KKK was started by what political party?

  • @BLARGHALT Your buddy Obama who has in less than 1/3 0f his ONLY term has ALREADY crashed everything that made America great. He , too, has made it clear that "burning the Constitution" is also his solution to his failed policies!

  • @BLARGHALT That constitution gave you the right to post your remarks, and let us all know how ignorant you are. You should be on your knees thanking the founding fathers !!!!!!!1

  • TEA PARTY=NAZI PARTY

  • All tea party members have the same representation at the local, state, and federal level as everyone else. In a democracy, one party wins, the other one loses. That's how it works. Get over it.

  • I want to see all you tea baggers in Arizona with your "DON'T TREAD ON ME" flags. If I don't...... tea baggers are nothing but a bunch of BLOW HARDS!

"Let me see your papers." I don't like to compare things to Nazi Germany, because usually they don't truly compare and/or hold any water. This new Arizona law however, truly sounds like Nazi Germany.

  • @aagraber45 Seriously? Have you seen what ILLEGAL immigration and the Mexican drug cartels are doing to the border towns? Are you truly that unable to educate yourself..... or just unwilling?

  • @MoparBrion : Are you able to think up coherent, well though arguments or are you just a wingnut that reacts without thought? I never said illegal immigration wasn't a problem. Although, I don't think we need a Nazi like, "let me see your papers" law, to correct the issue.

  • @MoparBrion : OK blow hard tea bagger. Are you on your way to Arizona with your "DON'T TREAD ON ME" flag?!? Or do you just use the Constitution as an arguing point when it is convenient?

  • @aagraber45

If the Feds would only do there job, Arizona would not need that law.

But you libs don't want to look at that.

73% of America supports Arizona on this and I do too.

  • @doglovertim : "But you libs don't want to look at that." Oh really. You mean like when that lib Ronald Reagen signed a law giving amnesty to illegals?

73% of Americans? Was that a Fox "News" poll?

So what do we do with the illegals that have legal children? Ship half the family back to Mexico? You neocons don't want to look at that.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

    Racist stereotyping.. way to go!

  • @aagraber45 ok. so arizona shouldn't uphold the law by stopping illegals. wtf does this relate at all to nazi germany?!

  • @WeekNightGaming : Sure.... you can uphold the law. I never said "don't uphold the law." But do we need a b.s. police state like law?

Because in Nazi Germany they had identity papers that were checked at check points etc. I am not saying Arizona is EXACTLY like Nazi Germany. However, this law is reminiscent. If you can't see how it relates.... you need a history lesson.

This law will harass LEGAL'S as well. Is it American to have to carry "your papers" everywhere or risk going to jail?!

  • @aagraber45 oh really? They should absolutely check these people's papers. This is a huge problem in AMERICA! We need to send those back who don't belong here.

  • @WeekNightGaming : If the end justifies the means to you... and you are ok making America reminiscent of Nazi Germany... go for it!!!

This law is going to require LEGAL latino's to carry "their papers" or risk going to jail. How American!!!! And did you realize that, that area used to be Mexico? So many of the LEGAL latino's families have been there WAY longer then YOUR family has been here. Unless of course, you are American Indian.

    Racist stereotyping... WAY TO GO!!!!

  • @aagraber45 yes! do you see that they do this on purpose so they can stay. these people need to come here legally and pay taxes.... i am fine with that. these people could pose a threat and are also draining our system of welfare. they don't at all AT ALL deserve to be treated by our hospitals.

  • @WeekNightGaming : So who takes care of the kid? The American tax payer? And don't say we start deporting legal Americans either.

    The law is un-American. Period.

  • @aagraber45 why should i have to pay for that kid who shouldn't be here. here is the analogy for illegal immigrants... why don't you go to a restaurant and by some guy's dinner because he can't afford it. the restaurant is forcing you to pay his tab. maybe that guy has nothing to do with you and shouldn't be there because he didn't bring money.

  • @WeekNightGaming : Ok.... so you don't understand that the kid is LEGAL? So you are going to support the deportation of a LEGAL American citizen? So you are going to deport the parents and do what with the kid?

Your restaurant analogy is just plain dumb. Ok. Don't use MY roads, post office, FDIC, libraries, public schools, police department, fire department, benefit from having safe food and drugs (FDA), etc. Loose you job in the recession? Piss off! No unemployment for you! Socialist.

  • @aagraber45 i am talking about the ILLEGALS. Legals have absolutely nothing to do with what i am talking about. If you wanna put your money in the sink hole for these ILLEGAL ALIENS who are coming in and pay for their healthare and education... whatever! i am not throwing my money away for this crap. they arent supposed to be here!

  • @WeekNightGaming : Ok... I am going to explain this again. If two illegal's have a baby in the U.S. the baby is a citizen. So what are you going to do? Kick out the parents and have the American people raise the LEGAL child? OR are you going to kick out the illegal parents AND the American citizen child? What? I am just saying it's not as easy as you say or think.

  • @aagraber45 this is probably their excuse to stay here. they know its wrong. the child should be raised by a family here or return when 18. the parents are still absolutely not entitled to our health care at all. why they have this kid idk. its wrong and destructive and is not a legit excuse to stay.... heck, let em all do that!

  • @WeekNightGaming : "The child should be raised by a family here or return at 18." Clearly you haven't thought about all the in's and out's of your "send them all back" line. We are talking real life here. I bet we have millions of children in the above mentioned situation. So your answer is either: 1) Kick out the legal child citizens. 2) Strip millions of children from their families and put them up for adoption. 3) Have the taxpayer raise them. Like I said. Not as easy as you think.

  • @WeekNightGaming : Ok.... how about this. You jaywalk across the street and a cop stops you. He asks you for your I.D. and you don't have it on you. SO.... you go to jail, until you can prove you're a citizen. Oh... HOW AMERICAN!!!!

That is what this law in Arizona is going to do. Legal American citizens are going to be harassed. That is NOT liberty. That is NOT American.

How about we give the "illegals" a worker status, where they pay taxes? And can stay here if they comply?

  • read my message.

  • @aagraber45 you should first read the AZ law, all it does is enforces a federal law, your paranoia is a bit out there, after reading the nytimes paranoia articles and the action of our government officials like holder/napolitano/obama and several other who expressed their dislike of the law without reading it yet, it makes me wonder who are the people that follow those missleads.

  • @aagraber45 I mean lets not get ahead of ourselfs, some liberals make it look like we are about to start executing illegals on the streets in AZ, nytimes starts a scare, DC bites and follows suit, while failing to even read the law, illegals protest in the streets, and we have a media frenzy, with some idiot governors starting boycotts, none of which read the law either :)

  • @TheLucjan : Ok... suppose none of us have read the law like you say. What would I (we) read in the law itself, that would make me say, "oh, I see... that's no big deal."?

I have been fed this "read the law" line many times. I know that is what all the right wing talkers are saying, so now we have a bunch of people parroting the line.

  • @aagraber45 well if you have not read the bill, I strongly suggest that you stop posting about it. case closed. I mean are there fairies in your brain or some kind of osmosis system going on that without even reading the law, you are sure that its a wrong law? for God's sake its only 10 pages.

  • @TheLucjan : I have read the bill. So no.... not "case closed." And I believe it is 16 pages. Wait.... have YOU read the bill?!? I am guessing you have not and are just parroting your "read the bill" line because that is what you heard Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, or Hannity say.

So I am guessing you have no reply regarding my question? You really can't point to anything in the bill that will make me say, "Oh... ok.... no big deal."

  • @aagraber45 Stipulates that the terms of the act regarding immigration have the meanings given to them under federal immigration law. Requires the act to be implemented in a manner consistent with federal laws regulating immigration, protecting the civil rights of all persons and respecting the privileges and immunities of U.S. citizens. Thats part of AZ law, how hard can this be for you to understand?? ?

  • @aagraber45 the scare tactic used by liberals on you are all false, its ok to take off your tin hat and go outside from your basement, it really is not that bad, you have been lied to by dem. talking points, at some time, you will realize it too, unless you spent all day doped up .

  • @TheLucjan : Please tell me you have more to support your argument then incoherent babble about the federal law and "tin hats."

I will make this simple for you.... with the new law, LEGAL latino's can be detained for not carrying documentation. Just for looking like an illegal immigrant. Prove you're a citizen on the spot, or be detained. Oh, how American of you!!!! So any latino can go to jail, for forgetting their license at home.

A racist stereotyping law.. nice work.. very American!

  • @TheLucjan : Furthermore... I am sure you assume any Latino in America immigrated from Mexico. However, many of the Latino's in that area have been here WAY longer then your family. Unless of course you are American Indian. You do realize that the southwest states used to be Mexico... right?

Here is a Ben Franklin quote for you: "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

  • @TheLucjan : People having to carry their "papers" 24/7 to keep from being detained in NOT liberty or freedom. "Protecting the civil rights." Yeah, sure..... unless you look like an illegal immigrant, because you are Latino.

And to say this isn't directed at Latino's is silly. Clearly it is. So don't even bring up that silly point.

  • @aagraber45 first off , you are required by law in any state to carry your papers with you, white or blue, second when you drive a car, you are required by law to carry insurance papers and DL whether you are white or blue, so you have no case there, and if you would read the law, you would notice that anyone walking kids to school or jogging in a park, will not be questioned as long as they break no law, AZ new law makes it easier to sue for discrimination.

  • @TheLucjan : I DID read the law.

"you are required by law in any state to carry your papers with you." Really.!?! What law is that exactly? Are you suggesting citizens are required to carry "papers" at all times?!

Nice try..... but the law says that the officer has to make "lawful contact." It does not state the suspect HAS to be driving, therefore HAS to have a drivers license with them. Lawful contact could be jaywalking or 100's of other things NOT involved with driving.

  • @aagraber45 you are right in that jaywalking is an offense and can be used to check for legal papers, but even then, if a US citizen is cought jaywalking in any state, he better hope to have his papers on him, if not a trip to the station. Also have you aver traveled overseas? what do you think happens when you get stopped by police and you do not have a passport on you, take a wild guess.

  • @TheLucjan : Ok... you are really grasping for straws and/or REALLY detached from reality. So you claim that American citizens must carry ID at all times or risk going to jail?!?! Do you really believe that, or are you just making silly statements to support a silly argument? "If a citizen is caught jaywalking... he better hope to have his papers on him..." Ha... sure....ok....

  • @TheLucjan : I know what the word illegal means... but that is not to say that the end justifies the means. If citizens are giving up liberty to target illegals, I say no thanks. Ok.... how about we kick in the door of every Arizonian and demand ID for everyone in the house?!?!? We have to catch these illegals.... RIGHT?!?! So why isn't that OK? If you don't support kicking down the doors of every Arizonian... you don't know the definition of illegal and are pro illegal alien.

  • @aagraber45 I will first respond to your last post, since you are panicking there,, no we need not enter others property, but once on state/public property, its all legal and you are required by law to carry identification.

  • @TheLucjan : If making a well thought out point, proving your "what does the word illegal mean to you" statement to be silly, is "panicking".... I guess I was panicking then. Simple stated, just because I don't approve of the politically driven, ineffective law, does not mean I don't know the definition of "illegal."

Point out this law that requires U.S. citizens to carry ID at all times.

  • @TheLucjan : I pulled this off of Arizona's "travel guide" web site: "The new law does not require U.S. citizens to carry identification. The new law merely requires aliens to carry registration documents that they are already required to carry under federal law."

This stats U.S. citizens do NOT need to carry ID. But if "the officer has reasonable suspicion that that you are an alien unlawfully present in the United States" you can be detained. Of course that means if you are Latino.

  • @TheLucjan: Like I said... a racist, stereotyping law that calls for officers to look for "reasonable suspicion that that you are an alien unlawfully present in the United States." So how do you suppose they will have reasonable suspicion or not? Oh that's right.... by the race of the individual.

So Arizona's web site states that "citizens" do not need ID, unless you look suspiciously like an alien. How American!!!

  • @aagraber45 : Like I said... a racist, stereotyping law <<<<<< I am telling you that is a figment of liberal imagination,

  • @TheLucjan : I have already demonstrated to you why this law promotes racial profiling and is racist, and stereotypes. A citizen is not required to carry ID. Arizona's own web site states that fact. But if an officer has "reasonable suspicion" someone is illegal... they can be asked for their ID and detained. Latino's are "illegal until proven legal."

So answer me this simple question.... what would give an officer "reasonable suspicion" that someone is illegal?

  • @aagraber45 ((Latino's are "illegal until proven legal." )) really? which part of the Arizona law states that, can you quote please. ------------((So answer me this simple question.... what would give an officer "reasonable suspicion" that someone is illegal?))-- I think you are missinformed there, try , when commiting a crime or an illegal act, then the police has the right to question your papers, geez how can you screw that part up.

  • @TheLucjan : For all this talk about "read the bill"..... I am pretty sure you haven't. This is straight from the bill: " FOR ANY LAWFUL CONTACT MADE BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR A COUNTY, CITY, TOWN OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE WHERE REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS THAT THE PERSON IS AN ALIEN WHO IS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES....."

Did you catch that? There has to be "reasonable suspicion" that someone is illegal.

  • @TheLucjan : So I will ask you again.... What would give an officer "reasonable suspicion" that someone is illegal? C'mon... you can answer.... you can do it......just think a little....

  • @aagraber45 are you really this retarded or you are just plaing a retard, what does "Illegal" mean to you? (for the record I did not insult you untill you did) so its free game now, you liberal freaks are soo stupid that you cannot even comprehend legal vs illegal, get off the drugs, pull up a dictionary and compare, for your sake.

  • @TheLucjan : Ok... we have come full circle. You are now making the same silly arguments you made originally. Once again, just because illegal immigration is a problem, does not mean we need a racist, stereotyping law to combat it. The end does not justify the means. I will take it one step further. So is it ok to kick down the doors of Arizonian's and ask for ID? If you don't support kicking down the doors of Arizonian's to find illegals.... you don't know what illegal means.

  • @TheLucjan : Here is a quote from Benjamin Franklin that applies directly to this situation: "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

I don't expect you to understand my point regarding my "kick down the doors" statement. You seem to be to much of a neo-tard that can't see past his fat neo-tard nose. Rush, Hannity or Beck didn't tell you this law is bad..... and you can't think for your neo-tard, ideological self.

  • @TheLucjan : Was it you that removed the two previous comments? Was it because you realized how dumb they were? I watched your video. Did you happen to watch it? Or is this like your "read the bill"...when you CLEARLY have not read it yourself.

Well if you did watch it you would have seen what an ass the proponent of the law makes of himself. Wow... you found one whole Hispanic, that makes horrible arguments, for the law. Wow.. a whole 1,000 Tea Baggers made it to Phoenix to support it.

  • @aagraber45 how is that for taking me seriously, you come up with imaginary friends/numbers and refuse to actually research them, way to go nbc listener number 354, you really show off your tallent and brainpower.

  • @TheLucjan : And of course you completely missed my point regarding Permanent Residents. My point was this.... immigrants that are required to carry the Permanent Resident Card are not citizens. THAT is why they are required to carry ID.

You seem to look at this issue from the angle that all Latino's are immigrants. I am concerned with legal, natural born citizen Latino's being profiled and detained. That is simply un-American. You can't see that through your political idealogy.
