Kind of.... they hand-counted caucus votes in Iowa because of hacking concerns, but the lights went out in several precincts while they were collecting the votes (but before they actually counted them). The lights apparently were out for at least a few minutes before they were restored. I would have called for the votes to be re-cast personally if I had been there. It would be too easy to shuffle in a few extras for certain candidates.

But why to question the simple fact - Iowa republican farmers like government subsidies more that Ron Paul's free market.
