mw3 is not even in hte same league at bf3, mw will always have hacks on it, they arnt smart enough to know how to keep hackers out, in all my experience of battlefield games i have yet to see a successful hacker, the one i saw got his account shredded as soon as it started

1. it's probably slow because your sitting behind all your team trying to snipe the enemy, if you get stuck in and try to capture M-COMs/ Conquest Flags, you'll find the gameplay is pretty much as fast as gameplay gets.

2. it's possible to camp in conquest but almost impossible to camp properly in Rush, you'll just get overun or won't kill anyone.
